Horrible! Ryan was very rude and unprofessional. We
bought a new IPhone pro max 16 on Saturday Feb 8th. The phone wouldn't connect to cellular. Ryan literally said that "he did an educated assumption and the user who set up the phone is uneducated (it's me) and the user (me) impaired the phone because of the wrong set up." I did not get any help at ATT. It was already 4th day with no cellular. I went to the Apple Store. They tested the phone and it's broken from the factory.The part that is responsible for reading E-sim is broken. So please tell Ryan his educated assumptions are not educated at all!

Arnell was great, loves his job, very helpful, very attentive, 2nd visit was horrible, the young guy was upset I was even there asking to reset a pin, when AT&T asked me to go in the store to reset it. It was a 5 second thing and he was really aggravated to do it. Kinda petty tbh

No help trying to fix problems with service.
I called Asurion Insurance and they were able to help.
The folks in the Glades Rd store told me to go to Coral Springs location. Turns out the issue is " non repairable "!

I Wish I could leave 0 stars! We have been with att since I could remember atleast 10 years. They told us a plan a while back were we can trade in our iPhone and get the new 15. Well we did that with 4 new iPhones (that we traded in) with no damage for 4 new iPhone 15. We were supposed to get credited back for it but they never did. They said up to 800 for 3 of the phones and up to 1000 for the other one . Well it’s been almost a year we haven’t got credited a dollar for our phones that we traded in and have to pay full price for 4 iPhone 15s. They said they haven’t received any of the 4 phones we sent for the upgrade. This was the first time THEY MADE US ship the phone directly to them instead of going in the store to turn it in. Maybe that’s why they have “lost” the phones. But we reviewed all the serial number all the numbers they told us to record. We have proof that we have sent in our phones, we never had issues with you guys never missed a payment for the decade we have been with you guys. And you guys don’t want to atleast help solve this and just steal from ur customers ? Every time we go into stores they said they can’t help. We been on the phone for hours a day and no one even knows what to do just a bunch of clueless lazy liars. Hopefully we can atleast find someone willing to help that actually cares about the company and the customers but I guess that doesn’t exist anymore. I even heard from employees saying a lot of att customers switch to a different company because att is known for stealing. This has me surprised. We loved att more then any company out their always had a great relationship with our local store. Thanks a lot AT&T……

Better off buying a phone and putting your old SIM card in it yourself so you don't get charged activation. Bought an older model Galaxy after being a customer for years and still feel gouged. The amount I pay a month for 4 phones I own is a rip off. As soon as my contract is up I'm out.

Sales rep named Christopher was very helpful and professional. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Also valued my time and resolved my visit quickly, but I didn't feel rushed.

I booked an appointment and as soon as we walked into the store, a staff member said someone will be with you shortly. Then Dominic took care of us with a great attitude and outstanding customer service. She helped us and make sure our new devices were working properly.

I went to this store last night to exchange my old iphone for a new 15 model. We had a great experience with Abbas, who was very kind and knowledgeable. After we got back home everything that he explained to me happened smoothly but for the fact that the cell data (actual number) had not been transferred. After several attempts to try and set it up myself, we called customer service but the only thing he could do was to reset the cellular data on my old phone. After responding negatively to a text survey due to still not being able to use my new phone, the manager (Anthony) called me immediately and promptly offered to do it himself in the store. I went back and he did it in less than 5 minutes. I attribute this mishap to some kind of miscommunication and the fact that I'm not tech savvy. I would go back to this store and recommend it.
