This AT&T retailer (USA Wireless) hired me as associate an expected me to run the store by myself and do manager tasks; for the same pay, of course I gave my to weeks notification and it’s been almost 2 months and I’m still waiting for them to pay me what they promised. My case is already in business bureau, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else.Also be aware they committed fraud to several customers while I worked there, was report as well to management

I’ve had great experiences at this location. They fix errors that corporate makes. Very friendly staff. Lexi made the upgrading and adding a line experience the best I could ask for. Carlos is a mastermind and solved our problems that corporate couldn’t. I highly recommend this location!

Alex was super efficient, proactive and was very attentive! He was motivated to help and even stayed helping us a few minutes after the store needed to close. Pleasure doing business with him.

Will NEVER do business with this location again. I have been fighting with AT&T since August for a trade in credit of over $700 all because this store didn’t properly select the promo code when they sent our phone in for the credit. I have wasted over 15 hours on the phone with ATT over this and it has dragged on for nearly 6 months now. What’s ironic is I had a feeling the day I handed over the phone that the cavalier attitude of the store associate would come back to bite me. So before leaving the store I took a quick photo of the phone sitting with the paperwork on their counter at the store. It’s that photo that has allowed me to have the proof we’ve needed to keep fighting for this $700 credit that we are owed given that we met all the promo requirements. The only issue is the store not doing their end to complete the paperwork properly.

At&t definitely took my money and ran.So I was trying to get services with At&t but I discover that not only the lie about the services but I was never gonna get what I was promised so I cancel everything return the phone I got and cancelled the order for my second phone. Now it's been tree months and over 2 billing cycles and I still haven't gotten my money back.Great customer service btw. Managers will find any excuse to say.o but did ya paid for it? Well yeah I have a charge from att on my bank account. So I'm pretty sure I did :) . So by now I'm just assuming at&t is never gonna return my money.Do not recommend at all.

I brought my sons iPhone in because it wasn't charging. I was helped by Ryan. He took the phone and cleaned out the charging port. He was able to get a lot of dirt out and the phone was able to charge. I also changed my plan while I was there. Thank you Ryan! You are definitely an asset to ATT&T in my experience with you.
