The workers here are so nice. They recently moved to a new location a bit further from where I live but I still go here. My tire light went on and I have to drive far so I stopped here on the way to work and turns out I needed air in all my tires. He didn't charge me anything and I felt terrible bc I didn't have any cash on me! They are always very nice and do not overcharge for anything. I highly trust them. My daughter brings her car here also and they are very good to her as well. I highly recommend auto clinic of Boca.

I have been a long time customer of Auto Clinic and have followed them to their new location. on 12-9-24 had my vehicle repaired and Service remains exceptional, the only thing new is the location. The service and staff remain the same friendly, honest and quality as I have experienced over since for over 24 years.

I am incredibly frustrated with the service I received at Auto Clinic and would strongly advise against using them for any car repairs. I brought my car in to have the valve cover gasket replaced, and while they did the job, the quality of the work was shockingly poor. Within just 6 months of the replacement, I took my car to TiresPlus for a routine oil change, only to be told that the valve cover gasket was leaking again and needed to be replaced. I reached out to Auto Clinic, assuming the issue would be covered under their 12-month warranty (as per the invoice). However, when I contacted them, they told me they were too busy to look at my car for three weeks. So, I had no choice but to wait. When I finally brought my car in, they claimed that there were other leaks--not the valve cover gasket--that needed attention, and then tried to charge me over $5,000 for repairs I never asked for. They completely ignored the fact that the valve cover gasket was still leaking and should have been under warranty. The lack of accountability and transparency was infuriating. I ended up paying for the same valve cover gasket replacement again, but this time I had it done by a different shop. The mechanic at the new shop was appalled by the work that Auto Clinic had done. He said the valve gaskets were squished in a way that made it clear the job had been done poorly--something he had never seen before in his career. Long story short: Auto Clinic's workmanship was subpar, they failed to honor their warranty, and they tried to upsell me on repairs I didn't need. I would never recommend them to anyone and will never return. Find a more reliable and honest shop for your car repairs.

As a fellow small business owner, I can really appreciate the time and effort Yoni, Pesach and the team at Auto Clinic put into making sure my businesses vehicles run as perfect as the day we bought them. From tires, oil changes, any other issues that come up and even assisting with guiding us on how to look out for certain things, they constantly exceed our expectations. They have been servicing our vehicles for a few years and I would never trust another shop again. The prices here will beat any other local shop, including the dealerships. We have brought them many vehicles of all different shapes and sizes and they have never steered us in the wrong direction. I trust these people to send all of my cars here & I know they would even take care of my grandmother with the same service and respect that they have always given to me.

**IF YOU LOVE YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT BRING IT TO THIS LOCATION**
This is an unprofessional, unethical car shop.
I trusted them with my vehicle and asked for a specific problem to be changed - the fuel pump. They “did a diagnostic” and stated another part needed to be fixed- PCV valve was the problem. They fixed that part only to then turn around and oh it’s actually the fuel pump. So they changed parts that we really don’t know if it needed to be changed. Which raised the repairs over 1K. They kept the car for over a week because the mechanic did not know how to reattach the hoses. They don’t know how to fix high end cars -lessoned learned. My car STILL has a hesitation and the engine light was back on the SAME day when I was driving back home. The mechanic also put a HUGE oil stain ALL over the driver seat carpet (look at the pictures I added one of the driver floor and the other passenger side). Also attached the receipt with the total cost to show I was actually a paying customer. When I expressed my concern and requested a refund I was told the only person who could help me was not there. Then got the run around for weeks trying to reach him to receive some kind of refund. They NEVER called me back!! and I do not live in the area so going back to the location was not possible. ***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. SCAMMER ALERT!!! ***

Please do not go to Auto Clinic for complex issues. They don't know how to do it, they are amateurs. Basic Oil Change and Tire Rotation everybody does, but anything beyond that, they are not capable or competent. I took my son's Mitsubishi Lancer there on Saturday July 27th because it was leaking oil. Was told it was the gasket. Paid $487 to fix it. When I got home, the leak was WORSE. Had to wait until Tuesday to take it back. I got there, and they asked me to come back later in the week because they were very busy that day. Brought the car back on Saturday August 3rd. I was SHOCKED when they came back to me with a NEW QUOTE for an additional $655.61, saying it needs the "Valve Cover". WHAT???? I take the car because it has a leak, they say is the gasket, continues leaking and now is the VALVE COVER??? Met with the owner, who said he is going to fix it, but can't do it that Saturday. I come back (THIRD TIME) on Wednesday, August 07th and the owner says that "the part cost over $300, plus labor and fees, maybe I can get it aftermarket". I insist is THEIR fault for not fixing the problem in the first time! After some back and forth, I agreed to pay $200 to get it fixed. The owner says "I will call you when I get the piece, I promise I will call you". Today is August 18th and I am STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. It is obvious that they don't want to do it, they do not want to accept the fact that they made a big mistake and they don't want to acknowledge it!!!
In short, Auto Clinic lost forever four vehicles in my household.
Again, please do NOT go there if you have something else other than a basic oil change. Auto Clinic of Boca is expensive, incompentent and irresponsible. NEVER AGAIN!

Referred to auto clinic of boca by my fiance and her family. Other places wanted 300.00+ for spark plug change. This place was very affordable and friendly. No youngsters working on cars. All the mechanics were fully certified. They had me in and out quickly.

Horrible place. Aside from the cheap couch in the waiting room they have terrible business management. They are super overpriced. These employees probably haven’t even studied the true mechanics of a car. Not only do they fee you for a scan of the car as if you didn’t go to their cheap mechanic store because YOU ALREADY KNOW THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR CAR, but they make up random things that are “wrong with your car” to make more money. This is such a stupid way of handling business and money. I came for one thing and i got handed a paper with 3x more things that my car “should be repaired with”. NO. When i ask you to change ONE thing for my car I expect that. If your car is broken, I suggest you go the extra mile and go to a better place. Its not worth going to this place.

No one there is a real mechanic, look around? That there are no certifications or awards posted, no community support or recognition, no one at all that is actually willing to go on record and publicly say that they are good citizens or that believe they are any good for the city or community. Every real business has something that displays their goodwill. That should have been the first sign to get the hell out of there. They made things worse for me and my car. A real mechanic fixed it thankfully. Scam shop. Crying victim after they broke my car. Disgusting inhuman monsters with zero morals.

This place is clueless and rude. No one there is a real mechanic. After an entire afternoon they started by calling and insisting that I had given them the wrong key? This because they were trying to fix the wrong car and trying to start it with my key. They had no idea what I requested when they followed up with me 2 days later, they ignored most of the diagnostics I requested, provided made-up word salad answers to simple questions about what they actually did when I arrived to pick-up my car, and they screwed my car up even worse than it was before when they put it on their make-shift lift. I had to get a real mechanic to fix the damage they caused. Total rats here
