To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by your towing company. My recent experience has been nothing short of appalling, reflecting a severe lack of professionalism and customer care.
I recently moved to Avalia and, due to the time constraints involved in moving boxes and settling in, I was unable to register my vehicle immediately. Consequently, my car was towed from directly in front of my residence. This situation was exacerbated by the fact that I had three roommates who were left without transportation, forcing them to miss work early the next morning.
Despite repeated attempts to contact your company for over an hour, there was no response until 9:30 a.m., when Avalia intervened to facilitate communication. When your staff finally arrived, their conduct was both rude and unprofessional. Not only did they contradict themselves multiple times, but they also lied about statements made by both myself and the staff member.
Furthermore, your policy indicates that cash payments are accepted. I was prepared to pay the $80 fee in cash; however, your employee’s inability to provide change for a $100 bill led to a suggestion that I visit an ATM to withdraw cash. This suggestion was impractical, given that the car was still locked and my roommates were waiting. In the brief interval when I attempted to use my card on your website, your staff member left and returned an hour later, only to resume his rude demeanor upon his return.

I left my car parked overnight in front of my house, but unfortunately, I hadn't had time to register it with Avalia. During the night, a towing company called "No Go Booting" towed my car, which left my three roommates stranded and unable to leave for work. When I tried to reach the towing company early in the morning, no one answered. I waited until 9 AM for Avalia's office to open, and Mariah was exceptional in helping us resolve the situation. She promptly contacted the towing company and took care of the issue. While the towing company was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and even lied about certain details, Mariah was the complete opposite. I can't thank her enough for her help.

I have lived at Avalia for five years and it has always been a great community. It's a safe, well-kept, and secure environment for residents of all ages and stages in life. The management and maintenance teams are great: regardless of how busy they can be at times, they are very professional and always find the time to treat each resident with care and respect. I especially recommend Avalia for anyone new in Boca Raton trying to find a place to call home.
