There is always a disappointment with this BOA office, the current management and personnel lacks of Customer Service basic principles, they always have an excuse to not serve and recommend to use the App Online instead of helping the customer and doing a good job… worst experience ever!I recommend to go to the Town Center location instead, the management and people there are nice and provide much better service. BOA is a great bank but the Palmetto Road office today does not represents the BOA service standards. Give them training or change the leadership there and bring back the previous manager in charge on 2021, she was really good.

If I can, I will give 100 stars or more, they are super friendly and nice, their service is wonderful and perfect! They are very patient and willing to help customers, I enjoyed the whole process! Especially the banker Vanessa and the receptionist lady( sorry, I don’t know her name), they did good jobs, this is my first time to go there, it seems that we are old friends, thank you so much for helping me!!

If I had the opportunity to leave Bank of America, zero, stars I would. I have been an account holder there for many years. And the way they do business is unethical. I had a large check deposited one month ago, which I had to fight to get cleared because of the counter they told me it would be available in two business days. The next day I received a letter, stating that they would be putting an additional five days, and I mean business days. It was not a personal check either. This was from a death benefit and was written from a very large life insurance company. I had another check from that same company come this past week and again they told me it would be available in two days. Well, two days later, I got a letter stating that they would put a 10 day business hold making it impossible for me to pay bills, as I have been out of work for a year to care for my family member. When I called, they told me there was nothing they can do so I decided to go into the branch. The girl did call corporate and they said they escalated it and they would touch base and try and get it released, but there was no guarantees. I am still sitting here with a hold for the next six business days. I will never use this bank again once this money clears. I have a Wells Fargo account that would have cleared that check in 48 hours with no issues at all. I have read that they have over 24,000 one star reviews and now I see why. Everyone is very aware that checks take less than 24 hours to clear with all the technology. This is not 1995. Maybe next time when they ask me to pay my credit card, I will tell them. There is a hold on the money for 10 business days. Bank of America conducts their business with an ethical values. In their deposit disclosure. it also says that they must release $225 within one business day of the deposit and then 5300 by the end of the second business day, and the rest to be available with whatever the bank decides to hold. I brought this to their attention and showed them their own disclaimer, and they still ignored anything. They didn't even release the $225. I told them that that is false advertisement and basically fraudulent crap. I will be writing to the federal reserve. This is all about principle, you don't hold somebody's money for 10 business days which equals,by the way, 14 days total, when you have technology to see if the other bank has cleared the check or even has available funds. This is the only bank I have ever seen do this since the 90s !! Worst bank ever

The reviews are accurate. The people at this branch don't know or cate to help you. I've been a loyal BoA customer for almost 20 years and the experience I had here almost made me find another bank. Tellers are hiding thr bank and managers lock themselves in their room while people are waiting to be help. They open their doors late and close the offices earlier and have bad attitudes like you're bothering them. This place needs to be audited and dealt with.

Never have enough bank employees on staff to handle the flow. This results in long waits to make deposits.

I went into this location for assistance with a transaction and the l**** for a manager promised to take care of the issue and get back to me within two days but still no contact. While I was there a half attractive older woman walked in who also needed help and instead of taking his time to address my issue which is 11000 that the bank stole, he was more interested in sending me on my way so he could go play fantasy with a woman that standards can't be that low to even give him the time of day. Whenever I go to this location, they are always busy doing nothing and when I call, no one seems to be able to answer the phone even when they get 2 customers an hour.

I went in this morning to discuss how my account destroyed due to fraud and the woman told me that she won’t do anything and i’ll have to pay it back myself. i was in the bank for less than 5 minutes and couldn’t even sit down to talk about my account issue because she was so unhelpful and in an awful mood after only being open for 5 minutes!

Honestly this is the worst bank of America branch! Closed on Monday in middle of normal business day! The bank itself took forever to process my cheque

Such friendly tellers BUT they NEVER have more than one teller to handle customers. Tons of employees walking around but no one ever seems to come and help the one teller assigned to the front... So frustrating!!!!!

I wasn't greeted by anything other than a long line when I enter the building the manager is rude they schedule one person during peek hours . Avoid .

I am so disappointed by your customer service. I called to get a statement, they sent over the wrong one. I had to called and be one the phone for 1 hour to clear up the wrong statement they sent. The call got disconnected and the representative didn't even have the decency to call me back to finish clearing things up! Called the next day, they gave me the option to mail or fax the statements again. I asked for it to be FEDEX, the customer representative had the audacity to say they can not because it would cost Bank of America money! Bank of America sent the wrong thing. Instead of apologizing for the mistake and making things right with the customer, they care more about making money. Very very disappointment. I will be looking into switching banks.

While traveling for business, I left my wallet at a store four hours away. I had an ID, so the manager assisted me with making a withdrawal of cash to tie me over until I could get my wallet back. Afterwards, I asked if I could sit in the lobby while making those arrangements. The manager and her staff could not have been more accommodating! The manager even offered to have another BoA branch near where I lost my wallet to ship the wallet to this branch so I could get it. In the end, I didn't need to take her up on her offer, but she personally called that other branch to starting working on the arrangements. She also expressed how she was racking her brains to figure out how to help me more. It really took the pain out of losing my wallet.
