I have been with Bank pf America for 4 years with mu business and personal account and left this branch to open an account at Chase due to the terrible customer service I received from the financial manager today. I have Never been so poorly treated by any bank in all my life. STAY AWAY FROM BANK OF AMERICA!

So I just moved to Boca, i cash my payroll check there once, i get paid everyweek but every single time after the first time I went they always made up a different reason why they couldn’t , it’s that lady with the hump back and glasses

Edit* waiting over 45 mins nowAs per usual, clear your day of you plan to stop in this branch cause they typically only have 1 teller and it's a good 20-45 minute wait to make it up there.Don't respond with "difficult time of uncertainty". We are almost 3 years into this thing. You do not wait longer than 10 mins at chase, wells, or any other major bank. Inexcusable. There are 70+ reviews stating the same for years now. Get UT together or don't bother responding.

Great day I wish I would have read the reviews before heading here but ok this is the worse location if you are black do not visit this location I went in they gave me a run around as I was leaving I stop to ask the lady at the front area a question and first thing she said it’s not because of your race lol I ask for a card to report them to the better business Bureau and she gave me a card for the bank on 441 really nasty lady everyone in here needs to be replaced 3/18/2020

Worst experience I've ever had with a bank . I don't know how they pulled me in to open an account while not communicating certain circumstances. Just curious as to why my checking account has a $2,000 limit for mobile deposits? When I get out of work , this branch is closed. Even so, I don't want to have to drive to an ATM just to deposit when it's 2022 and that's the whole point of a mobile banking app, to control funds that way. Makes no sense at all and I will be closing my account here as soon as I can. Will have to make sure I have a couple hours of free time in order to do that since the line is always out the door there and theres only one person helping people. I wouldn't even say it's just this specific branch even though, there are some employees here that have treated me awful. Bank of America is all around just an awful bank . And the worst part is , is I'm paying to have a bank account here. Will be going to PNC bank where I receive my funds RIGHT away when I deposit a check ,I don't have to pay for an account , and there business hours are way better. I regret ever stepping foot into this bank.Update: I went and deposited my check in ATM and got nothing in return as proof that I did! Not an email, not on the receipt ....nothing ...it now makes me feel like the check never even existed. What if there's an issue And it doesn't go thru? What proof do I have I ever had that check?

Poorly managed branch. Like many they are understaffed due to the pandemic. Who in their right mind leaves one elderly teller at lunch time with a line of 15 people?There were other employees in sight not helping the teller or customers. They werent' on their phones...not sure what they fo...what manager runs this place ? This is an embarassment.***** Naturally, you get a formulaic reply from the bank but of course no real answer to their obvious problems and underserving their customers. I wish the bank had been as quick responding to me within the bank as opposed to their response online:((
