Purchased 4 chairs for kitchen countertop in 2005. Chairs still look brand new and are used every day. The only problem I have had we’re the sliders on each foot wore out. I contacted Pam from Barstools and Beyond and she was disappointed after finding out these parts were no longer available. Pam decided to look deeper into my problem and came up with replacements from spare parts they collected over the years. Thank you Pam

My husband I were looking for new kitchen chairs..and it was very difficult finding ones that would match the table and the decor.. We went to Barstools and Beyond, and we met up with Pam, the owner.. We told her what we needed and she pointed out some chairs.... We loved them..we ordered them in the color we needed and, and asked Pam a few questions about them...she bent over backwards to help us finalize the chairs... the chairs came in, delivered, and there was a slight tilt on two chairs...she took them back, in a few days..we picked them up and they were perfect when we got home... Pam was very professional in every sense of the word.. We are very pleased with Barstools and Beyond. We recommend her to anyone seeking barstools or chairs... She gets an A+ from us.... C & B Lynn
