Crooks, liars, and thieves. I have never in my history of yelp, written such a negative review as I write now. Greg Defilippo and his partner Paul Lutwin were very eager to set up an agreement, and a contract was signed. Multiple conversations took place where there was a supposed understanding on what the work would entail. Appointments were postponed. When their sloppy incomplete mess of a floor repair was addressed they disappeared. Not returning calls or text messages. It took 4 months to get their attention since the transaction was complete. Greg was busy picking up his daughter, or at some doctor or a dentist appointment. "I'll call you back" he would say. Simply stated, $2.99 per square foot of vinyl flooring does not cost even remotely close to what they overcharged for the actual work they did, and threatened us with ulterior motives and consequences if we tried to get our money back. Just take a look at their work. Stay far far away!

My IT guy called their certified mold inspector as soon as I noticed the mold on our property. They came right away and removed the mold. I'm so glad we got rid of that problem!

My wife an I are looking for some remodeling at the house. We have a concept and we have the budget, we were missing a contractor. Reached out to several companies via Yelp and Bella's Dad Does it All replied with an interest.Gregory contacted me, asking for some basic questions. Appointment was set and he was going to stop by the house and look at the project.It took Gregory three times before he finally showed up for an appointment. showed up on time, listed to our wants, and took notes. He grabbed some measurements and photos. He wanted us to meet the owner however, we should have a quote in about a week.That was four weeks ago.I messaged the company through Yelp and texted Gregory for an update. I even called him. He was like...."uh, you're back? I will get it to you in a couple of days". Still nothingJust like another company I was working with, they must have bellied up because who turns away a job? Surely if they were in business and wanted my money, they would have been forth coming with communication. Nope.

Greg was very responsive and informative about the issue in my wall. There was mold that needed to be taken out and replaced. My wall looked good as new and the panels that were taken were put back and everything looked perfect. Again he was patient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend him.
