This place is a joke seems like foreign people bought it and brought their countries values with them. 0 customer service the skinny lady is rude and had a very bad attitude extremely argumentative. They will hold your money hostage by only offering a store credit when it says no where in the store anything about no returns. They put in extremely fine print on ur receipt they are struggling to stay open so they will make you spend your money there if you by chance get a broken item and try to return it.

I did buy breaker after 15 min came back the breaker was wrong fit to my panel the owner told me there is no returns even if only 15 minutes passJaz the owner was very rude and after a long conversation and argument he agreed to give me a store credit that good for 10 days the service was horrible the store is super expensive don't go therePrices usually doubled in Home Depot or Lowe's local store that we should adopt trading us this way was surprised

Extremely surprised. Staff wanted to help. No pointing where to go, they actually take you to where you need to be and wait to see if the item was what I was seeking. Without hesitation I recommend Belzers Hardware.

This review is based solely on the customer support or should I say, lack thereof. It's 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I am the only person in the store. I walked through the doors and the older woman behind the counter did not say hello, may I help you, nothing. I actually said hello to her and she acknowledged me. She said she didn't see me. Perhaps you should stop scrolling on your cell phone and acknowledge your customers, you might see them. I walked around for 10 minutes looking for the paint. I finally walked back to the counter and asked her where the paint is. She said I'll show you, I said no just tell me which aisle. She said no I need to walk. Well, sweetheart, if you get your nose out of your cell phone and acknowledge your customers and engage with people, you may get some walking in. I looked at the paint, they didn't have what I needed, and then a gentleman from the back came and asked me if I needed help. I said no thank you, and I appreciated that. On my way out the door, the woman was back behind the counter on her cell phone... mind you, this woman looked like she was in her 60s. I expected this from somebody in their twenties. She did not say goodbye to me she did not say come back again, nothing. You may be a family-owned hardware store and your prices might be off the charts because you're in BocaRaton, but don't expect me to ever recommend you or will I ever be back in your store based on this experience. Lady, you need to get your head out of your cell phone, and start engaging with customers. You are old enough to know better, shame on you.

Went to have keys made. Attendant was quite cordial and efficient. Based on the experience, would go again to browse their store and see what other goodie's I can use in our home.

Tried to buy some screws there they have a great inventory.. wasn't sure the exact size.. buy them all or by none... Because they don't take returns... So, off to home Depot I went...

They offer knife sharpening and do an adequate job of putting on an edge. They have all kinds of home repair items, screen repair parts and tools. They make keys and have paint as well. Lots of stuff there that you might need at home.

This place has improved quite a bit in the last year or so. Current staff are much nicer and helpful. Could be cause a True Value Hardware opened about a mile away, but improvement is good, not matter what the reason.

My car remote stopped working. I replaced the battery...still no luck. I just had one operating fob. I called Belzer's and Matt assured me he could help. I came in to the store and saw Matt. He was wonderful. He assessed the situation and was able to help me with a minimum of fuss. His solution didn't cost anything and didn't earn the business any revenue. He did earn my gratitude and I will recommend the store to one and all. Thanks again Matt. It's astounding to get good service with a smile and from someone who has smarts..

Family owned store! I liked because I got so used to these huge ones they you forget how nice when the employees really want help you. A nice thing I found there are the keys copy. The prices can be higher.

Had to get some screws to attach a skateboarding rack to the concrete wall in my garage and a special key too. Nestor was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Way to go!

LOVE THIS HARDWARE STORE!!! Great people to help you, and prices reasonably. I drive 45 minutes to get there.. and it's worth every moment.
