Horrible customer service. Instead of making new tag for an open box wanted me to pay more because of an error on their side. For a place that sells expensive products you expect better customer service. I used to work for Best Buy. We cared about earning business. Worst Best Buy I ever been to. Get new management, cuz the big guy was useless and walked off on me.

Extremely helpful people, and even though I was unable to complete my purchase online due to some internal glitch on their side, they helped me in no time and I got my stuff twice as fast as I would have when buying online.

Today it was great. 😊 The whole experience depends so much with Best Buy, on who you talk to and IF and how soon you get to talk to someone who knows and is able to deliver the info you need effectively.

Wesley Theodore at the Boca Raton store in FL does an outstanding job!! He's knowledgable, courteous, and the reason that we are a member of Best Buy. We purchased 2 high-end laptops this year and feel safe with people like Wesley of the Geek Squad. No matter how much we spend or what we buy, we feel safe and secure that Best Buy and the Geek Squad are there to help. Thank you, Wesley and Best Buy for all that you do! I went to this store to purchase a microwave. Pedro was completely rude and unhelpful. He brushed me off when I tried to ask questions about the products I was considering. Basically just shrugged me off and said "look you have 2 weeks to try it"... not particularly helpful when it's an appliance that has to be installed. Not only was he rude to me, he was the same way to his colleague Gizelle that was asking him for assistance. Obviously he isn't a team player and shouldn't be working in customer service, as his attitude towards customers sucks. He seemed like he had better things to do than helping customers.
