The phlebotomy was good no problems. However, they would not work with me in good faith to reduce my balance. I have insurance through Obamacare but the balance came to more than the amount they accept for out of pocket patients. I am being punished for having health insurance. I applied for financial assistance and provided documentation. They went through the motions but no assistance.

Appalling.I came in for my semi-annual blood test today. Fourth or 5th time since I moved to Florida 6 years ago.My MD ( next door to lab ) sent in the prescription, as they always do, but front desk would not even check my records.She (receptionist/ phlebotomist) was beyond unprofessional. She was very disinterested and unengaged. She didn’t even pick up her head from her cellphone when I signed in. Could not be bothered….After this welcoming reception- was I going to let her stick a needle in my arm? Don’t think so.I immediately switched to Quest for all my future lab needs. So should you.

The representative that answered the phone had no idea on what she was doing. I told her I had a question regarding the results of the tests they had just sent me and her response was that no one in the company is medically trained to answer questions about the results even though they processed the labs. I asked to be transferred to a manager and was told they couldn't and that I need to call the clinic were they got the sample for the test. This is ridiculous the entire back and forth and no one knows what they are doing.

Let’s start with making an appointment on their website for 230pm today and when arrive to the location door is closed and note said “at lunch until 3”. Knock on door as technician was there and after trying VERY hard to ignore my call she comes to the door reinstated the fact that she is at lunch and the app system just makes incorrect random apps which mean nothing. When I asked her to take ownership of their faulty system she said call the 800 number. I DONT CARE!!! Seriously there is poor customer service and then THERE IS THIS!

Bio reference Labs look as though they are a pretty big company. Well for a large corporation, none of the employees have any idea on what is going on there... or how to answer a question! When you ask for a supervisor, they actually tell you I am sorry, I am not permitted to get one on the line! WHAT KIND OF BULL **** is that??? I had to cancel a surgery I had had scheduled for 3 months because they can’t find my lab. It’s been 6 days. I was told it would be 48 hours. So if you Need your labs back. Do not go to MD-now. That’s the lab they use!
