Oddly, I had not been a Bloomingdale's shopper in my life. I had always assumed they only carried high, luxury items. They do have nice luxury items, but also carry reasonably priced, stylish clothes as well. I don't know why I never went here. It was great. Store was clean and neat. Stuff was friendly and approachable. Inventory was a little low on some things but it was christmas and between seasons. I plan to visit again and do some damage to my credit card here in a few weeks! This might be my new go to store since Macy's decided to adopt a thrift store model or whatever they are trying to do.

I always come to Bloomingdale’s for all my Christmas perfume gifts and because how nice all the sales associates are. I had the pleasure of meeting Elena today that is in the Jo Malone perfume area. All I could say is I never write review, but what a wonderful person Leena was, I had to. She helped me find a perfect scent her my mom And was extremely helpful and so warm and nice. I look forward to coming into Bloomingdale to have an stress-free shopping Environment. I highly recommend going to Leena if you ever need help finding a perfume or anything she was great.

TERRIBLE! I decided to buy online and they immediately offered me to join “Loyalist” club . The lure was $25 discount at the First purchase . I joined . Only to discover that it didn’t work. I called customer service for explanation and was told that I have to wait till tomorrow. Then I could cash the voucher either online or at the store. I went to the Boca Raton store to discover that it didn’t work AGAIN ! Called again to customer service and was told again that it will work TOMORROW! Bunch of LIARS ! CHEATERS ! Will never show in Bloomingdale’s again!

Easy to return all the items we needed to return. The interior was very modern. However, at the time of our visit, the escalator was closed for repair. The elevator to the 2nd floor was quite crowded.

Went in today to make a return on a shirt I purchased the day before. It was never worn. I just tried it on and didn't like how it fit. When I went to return it in the men's department, the woman told me she couldn't return it because it had a stain on it. I looked closely and noticed it was just a speck of water from my water bottle. I tried to explain to her that it was just a speck of water. I told her to feel it. She acted disgusted. I told her I would be back in 5 minutes when the drop of water dried. Sure enough I walked around for a minute and it was gone. Went back and returned it. I felt like because I don't fit the " boca clientel", she was judging me.

Dropped in to pick up an online purchase. Decided to grab a pair of white sneakers. I tried on 2 pairs. I went with the pair that fit more comfortably rather than the nicer looking, more expensive pair (I'm currently recovering from ankle surgery). The salesman acted as if I was out of my mind. He said, "... but this is Italian leather!" What a pretentious jerk.

Disgusting service in the cosmetics department (Dior). I came in today to buy some things like powder, foundation and maybe something else. The seller offered to help me and I agreed. We have started to make a choice. I asked her if they had everything in stock. She said - yes! As a result, when she made up me and we chose it, the circus began. One is missing, then the other. they started offering me Chanel, which I don’t need and I don’t know how it will be on my skin. I was ok to order online. The seller checked out a foundation and one of the powders. As a result, it turned out that the main powder was out of stock and it was impossible to order it online. I asked for a refund for the second powder because one does not work without the other. They could not make a return, they called somewhere. I was shocked because I spent a lot of time on this and my family was waiting for me. They said they couldn’t get online manager. I had two options. First, call yourself. Naturally, I don’t want to do it, second, wait. I asked a supervisor. They also said that have to call. I went to another seller and ask supervisor immediately. When I came back to Dior, the woman calling her supervisor was there. She promised me that the money will be returned and in general they are on hold. By that time, I no longer wanted to buy anything from them. because they are liars, not educated, have terrible service and not respect customers’ time. They all cover each other, making fools out of clients. The supervisor said that it was just the seller’s mistake. No. they just wanted to sell me what they want, not what I need. They don’t respect customers. I perfectly saw their faces and ridicule. the supervisor also said that this is always the case and that something is not available. I asked why they do not do inventory, why they put on display something that is not there. she said that it is always like this, such a business. Seriously? they do not think how to improve the service, they think how to cram it in. I wasted a lot of time on this disrespect and lies to the client. They couldn’t even order online. I know very well how the sellers lie, so I was outraged that they let me go without my goods and a return receipt. Who in America believes in a word? Let’s see, there is a possibility that they will withdraw the money, because I never received the return check. Don’t go there because there are silly sellers, a supervisor who is on the side of the seller, not the client, and an idiotic return system. They could have saved my time but decided to make money and thought I would skip it.

I shop at this store for one reason - the beyond exceptional service by Lisa in the Clarins department. Not only does she sell me skin care, she sells me everything!Lisa is a wonderful consult beyond skin care; she assists me with all my other needs from any department, as well as gifts & new trending merchandise that she knows I will like. She always calls to let me know when my “favourites” are on sale, if there is a special promotion for extra points and the like..Lisa is just so happy and makes shopping fun!In a world where customer service has fallen by the wayside, Lisa is a shiny star in my book as well as that of many others in town. We all love you, Lisa, and are thankful for all you do to help us.If you’re looking for a personal shopper, look no further. Lisa will take exceptional care of you!

I had an amazing first experience at Bloomingdale's! I made an appointment with one of their stylist at the store, Gabby helped me out so much! I noticed how easy it is to shop when you have someone knowledgable and friendly to guide you and match with style... Definitely worth it to go to the store instead of guessing styles online... I'll be going back again to get styled next time!

BLOOMIES! The store has held its brand up. Once you enter the place, they have this focal point of gorgeous floral arrangements. I thought it was an "eye candy piece", however, as we were perusing the whole store, we found a gem of beautiful FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS! absolutely gorgeous. Also the place is wholesome and not uptight. I was there a couple of days ago and bought a column gown... simple and beautiful at a very reasonable price. They normally dont carry my size, but this time, it was meant for me. It was rose gold by Aqua Formal, & fits like a "Haute Coutre", in my humble opinion. Tagged with a very affordable price. However, taking it short is an additional price.They do have An "Earn Points No matter how you pay LOYALIST" when you shop. (more savings). This is a store i will check on first when I look for special occasion outfits in the future.

If your a guy, very limited inventory. Other than , it's better to shop on line with these folks. More to choose.
