Love this company!! I have been a client of theirs for about 10 years now and they have never not been able to take care of many one in a million type glitches. Yes, I'm that girl who clearly defines totally unheard-of situations. The guys are always patient, polite and eager to get my issue resolved. I came to work for a company that uses Blue Light support nine months ago. I had never used outside support. I have to be honest. I was nervous at first, and after nine months, I would never want to go back to internal support. Blue Light is always there when needed.
