Newly upgraded apartment homes include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets, and plank flooring. It is a very quiet and family-friendly place, located just south of Boca Town Center Mall. Pets are accepted with a weight restriction. The office staff are described as extremely responsive, kind, sincere, helpful, and responsible, providing great customer service and guidance. Maintenance is excellent, efficient, and friendly, addressing requests swiftly. The community is noted for being well-kept and for hosting thoughtful events for residents. Many residents recommend the community, highlighting the positive atmosphere and attentive management team.
I lived here for a year and I recommend this condo, is very quiet place, the maintenance is excellent and the people at the offices are very responsible, they always help you when you need it.

Great Property!!! Kurt and the Team are extremely responsive. Maintenance is efficient and so friendly. I'm not sure where my previous review went but really wanted to advise anyone looking for a Gated Family friendly community.
