I always liked buying snacks at this place, especially the esfirra. For the last month, the snacks have been horrible, they have almost no filling, very disappointing. We always bought them, but now, unfortunately, there is no way to buy a snack like this that doesn't even have 10% filling. This photo is of an esfirra, it looks more like a cake, you can see that it has almost no filling.

Lack of ethics in customer service. Every time I travel to the region, I like to buy some products because of the excellent variety that the market offers. I made a purchase (a considerable amount). When I got to the checkout, the very attentive cashier saw the amount of products from the same line that I was buying and asked the other cashier (I believe she was the manager or the owner of the establishment) - where are those gift bags for customers?
And she answered, already taking the bag - It's here! But you know that there is a certain amount to give the bag, right? Not every purchase is worth giving away bags!
I felt totally embarrassed, with the other customers looking at me, as if I was making a fuss over a bag.
I then told her, - It's okay! No need. She insisted that I take the bag after the scene she made with the cashier who was serving me, SUPER professional,
She said - Wow, the bags have been there for a long time, she bought a lot of products. Anyway... I didn't even want any bag, which I made a point of leaving there and leaving with my purchase.
It's to feel ashamed of others' lack of education and professionalism.

The one on the right is a rump steak I had in the freezer, the one on the left is what Boca Brasil sold me AS IF IT WAS rump steak, thinking I wouldn't notice the difference.

Horrible experience today. The cashier ONLY speaks portuguese!!! That’s horrible! How can you have someone dealing with all the clients and do not have a clue about any word in english and not able to communicate with them! I even tried spanish and she didn’t get a word… I am sorry, but You can not have somebody that can not communicate working as a cashier!

Pão de queijo was really good. Bought a pack with 2 picanhas that were also really good, the only complaint is that they have advertising on Instagram that says $4.99 per pound and on site it was $5.49 per pound, still a good price but there shouldn't be any price difference.

This is a great story to buy any Brazilian ingredients that you need, but other than that it's super expensive. Basic Household items that you would just buy at Walmart and other locations for less. The prices are doubled/tripled I literally bought a empty spray bottle for five bucks which should had cost $1 at Walmart. So, like I was saying just go there to buy your Brazilian ingredients nothing more.
