Dr. Sosa and the team are amazing! Marcy, Annick, Natasha and Isaiah were so very helpful and made the experience perfect. The team check in each day to see how our dog Harvey was doing. We are grateful for you all!I just wanted to add some additional detail. Harvey just had his TPLO surgery and it could not have gone better. From the moment we arrived, Isaiah quickly got us settled into a room. Our nurse, Annick, was first, providing us excellent detail on what to expect for the day, running us through the logistics and providing us detail on what Harvey's first few days would be like. Dr. Sosa then came in and provided more detail on the surgeon, the procedure, and assured us that the team would keep us posted on progress throughout the day.We received a text and a phone call later in the day, letting us know the surgery had gone very, very well. Annick let us know that they like to keep the dog overnight as it can really help the dog recover and stay comfortable those first 24 hours. In the morning, she sent us a text message with a photo of Harvey, doing very well.All through the day until we could pick him up, the Team stayed in touch with us. I cannot emphasize enough the incredible communication and number of updates we received. Best we have ever experienced!We came in to pick up Harvey and Isaiah and Annick got us all settled and Dr. Sosa provided detail on what we should look for during the next few days and got us on the book for the follow-up appointment. Annick then provided us a step-by-step over the next few days, care, meds, strategies for bathrooming, etc.Thus far, Harvey is doing great, I could not imagine better care than from Dr. Sosa and the entire Team. I would recommend Boca Palms to anyone/everyone. It's nice to see our boy recovering well and on the road back to mobility! Thanks again to you all for making us feel like part of the family - 10 star service!

If I could give zero Stars I would. The veterinarian at this clinic does not know what he's doing and he definitely doesn't know anything about exotic animals as he claims he does. His staff is unprofessional and facility is dirty.

I could not sing higher praises of Dr. Sosa and the entire Boca Palms team if I tried! They continue to offer personalized, professional, compassionate, and friendly service each and every visit. The nurses will get to know you and your fur-babies by name and make you feel like you are truly apart of their family. Communication between Dr. Sosa's team and our other vet office up north is always seamless and truly a joy. The communication is ON POINT! Thank you to the entire Boca Palms team for making my boys (and me) feel our best, always.

I took my sick baby ferret to this hospital on Saturday. They gave me an appointment immediately. All the staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. The vet was so caring, amazing and knowledgeable about exotic pets and he immediately put me at ease. We came up with a plan to take care of my precious baby. I have never felt so comfortable with a vet/animal hospital before. Love these guys and will 100% bring my pets here again. Also their prices are very affordable.. My. Baby Cooper is already doing so much better. Thank you staff at palms animal hospital in boca raton. You guys were wonderful.

Boca Palms Animal Hospital has been nothing but friendly, caring, and informative when it comes to my cat, Jake, who has several health issues, but is still going strong at 18 years old. I’m sure he would not still be here without Dr. Sosa’s care. Thank you all so much.

I was referred to Boca Palms from another exotic vet clinic because the vet was not in. Boca Palms staff were very friendly and caring, they gave me an appointment the same day for my sick bunny, Molly. I was surprised that they were waiting for Molly when we arrived and saw her right away. The staff and the doctor explained everything about her treatment and little by little Molly is improving.Thank you, Frances

I called Boca Palms on Saturday, May 27th frantically searching for a vet for my beloved Choctaw who had suddenly become very ill. The doctor was on vacation for the holiday weekend, as was the case for every other office I had tried to call. The man who answered the phone, I wish I knew his name, was my angel that day. I have thought of him many times and said a prayer of thanks for him. He could hear me start crying on the phone—I didn’t know what to do for my baby boy—he was so sick and I didn’t know where to go. He assessed Choctaw over the phone, asking me all kind of questions to try and help find a solution and he led me to ACCESS animal hospital. He asked me to let him know how Choctaw did and he was so sweet…I’ll never forget his kindness in my weakest moment. Choctaw ended up having a huge splenic tumor. It was removed successful and he was expected to make a full recovery. However, 30 hours after surgery his acute pancreatitis became evident. I was able to stay at the hospital with him through the night while they did their best and then they helped me say goodbye to the very best friend of my life. I went through so much pain that weekend and continue to try and heal but in all the pain of loss, I know my baby boy was given the best intensive medical care and the team there knew I’d do anything for him and they helped me make all the impossibly hard decisions and I have full peace knowing I did everything and I did my best for my best friend. I wouldn’t have been given that peace if I hadn’t called this vet’s office and that man answered the phone and took the time to hear me starting to cry and taking the time to kindly talk me through everything and get Choctaw to the best place for him that day. I’ll forever be thankful. If Boca Palms could let me know this kind man’s name I’d like to write him a thank you card.

I drive from Delray Beach to see Dr. Sosa and his amazing team. I have come to the practice since it was Dr. Jaffe and all I can say is that the Boca Palms Animal Hospital has always taken incredible care of my pets (cat and multiple generations of dogs). Going to a vet is expensive these days, so you want to be sure you are getting the best care possible. This is the place you can be sure that they will take the extra time and care your pet needs. Great staff, lovely people.

If I could give this place zero stars that’s what they would get. All they care about is the money. I believe in my heart and soul that they even dropped my dog when they took him to the back the scream I heard come from him is something that no pet parent would want to hear. I took him back after that because Marcy tried to assure me that he was just being “dramatic” but upon entering for our next visit my dog was super scared and even peed himself. I right then, knew something awful had happened prior to that. Based upon my pups body language. They are so fake the second you try and tell them you want your animals records see how “friendly” they are to you then. Dr. Sosa is never on site their staff is always changing over. If you care for your loved one, you would stay far far away from this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!

I love this place. they are so awesome and Marcy at the front desk is the best. Ozzie is very safe and sound and happy. Very helpful and got me in at the last minute!
