Don't understand what the reply meant, but I'll be more specific since the lady seems to be lying in her reply to my review.I've been coming here since before they changed locations and the proprietor (ilya I believe) is a likable guy, but his mother (the old lady usually behind the counter) is pretty awful. Two times now I've come in with two items, the lady lowballs one item, I decline and try to pawn the other and she, unhappy with me not accepting the lowball on the first item, says she won't take anything else.If I'm ever to return, I'd call ahead and make sure she's not in, but I don't expect to return. The pawn shop on Hillsboro near Powerline is my new primary pawn location, even though I live 2 minutes from this place.

Hi my name is Palma Russo I thought I would tell you my experience with them. They are the most Friendly people who are honest n look to help you. This is the only place I will go n would tell everyone to go there. I have never been in a pawn shop that actually helps you instead of ripping you off. They go out of there way to help you n will if they can.So if you want a genuine friendly honest place to go this is it.Thanks boca pawn your awesome!!!!-

I love this pawn shop it's the ONLY pawn shop I use or suggest they are very helpful with anything you'd need they also sell and deal thru eBay for any item you may be looking for they don't have at the store!!

Absolutely terrible experience, do not go I came with a camera with over 6 different accessories and he shows me one bidding of just the camera alone and says the price he can’t work with DIDNT EVEN TRY TO NEGOTIATE NEVER GOING AGAIN I never write reviews

Over the past decade, my husband and I have been blessed with help from Boca Pawn & Jewelry. When we walk into the unit, we are always greeted with a smile from Mom, Dad, or Son, as they are family owned and run. They are truly a hard working family. They always do their best to provide us with their highest offer for the items on loan. Additionally, the interest fees are very reasonable, as compared to other shops in the area. They also have a nice selection of items for sale. We highly recommend Boca Pawn & Jewelry!

Biggest crooks ever. DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS!!! You can not trust them. Went after husband died & needed short term money thru probate. Said come back tomorrow and my item would be there..it wasn't. Promises, promises. Big rip off. They act nice but it is all an act. I'd give a zero if I could. Karma will curse them!

I can't give them a good review when they were closed when their mapped entry says they're open and their sign on their door says they're open. I wish I could give more input on this but I can't, except to say that it's hard to find and then when you finally do find it they're not open.

Con artist! Stay far away from this place. The guy with the birth mark on his face is a liar and a con artist. They’ll tell you one thing and do another. I’d advise you go somewhere that’s fair dealing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They're con artists and crooks. They do sideways business and will cheat you. The guy with the birth mark on his face is a liar and crook. Worse mistake in life dealing with this scam artist. Save yourself from getting cheated and stay away.
