I’ve been a member since 2019 and although the layout is great the condition of the course is an embarrassment. The greens are the worst greens in south Florida. They look all diseased inconsistent and the fairways aren’t much better. There is a lack of care by the staff on condition making this course in very poor condition. Shame on management who rake in 250 per round and they don’t put any money back into the course. Just terrible

My friend and I stayed at the Boca Raton Resort for a conference. Upon pulling up under the entrance cover we were surrounded by staff immediately unloading luggage, providing information about the valet service and directing us to the registration area. As we had entered the property at the security gate, our information was transmitted to the registration desk so all the information had already been pulled up and our key provided in a very short period of time. No wait. We were informed the facility was all inclusive and tips were not required/expected by staff. The food within the facility was slightly more than you would pay outside, but the cuisine was exceptional. The entire experience was more than anyone could have expected. the room renovations to this 1926 hotel were also well done making the whole experience welcoming and enjoyable.

Having visited the resort for 9 of the last 12 years, this was our first trip post new ownership and extensive renovations. The renovations, specifically to the pool area and main hotel were outstanding. We stayed in the bungalows which have not been renovated yet but suits our needs as family. The effort by the staff to provide excellent service was certainly present however; the experience required to do so is not. Hopefully ownership will get this dialed in as they figure out how to run a resort of this magnitude. All in all, a great stay for us as we are active and enjoy the tennis, beach, and golf.

My review is for Ahmed in reservations. I'm going to The Boca Raton in September for a girl's weekend. He was incredibly helpful, kind and patient with me, spending almost 30 mins on the phone to discuss our room options and ideas to make the weekend spectacular.

This resort checks all the boxes! For business, it provides ample space and attention to every detail. For families, it has activities for every age group! Pure elegance. You will not be disappointed!

The Boca Raton is a beautiful resort with grand amenities. The food and service is impeccable. This lush resort is a great spot to vacation or just have a weekend get away. Staff and service is outstanding with something to offer everyone. Great pool enhancements have made it a great time for the kids and adults alike and dont forget to try out the new Surf machine! Not for the faint of heart. Def recommend this great place!

This re-do of the former Boca Raton Resort and Beach Club is lovely. I had been to the prior iteration of the resort several times and was wary of the updated property, since ai had loved eating at Morimoto and Serendipity 3, neither of which remains among the current resort's offerings. But I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is now al all-inclusive property. That males daily life easy. No need to worry about tipping, etc. The pool club at the main hotel now features several pools (including one with a lazy river feature and two water slides). This makes it easier to stay at the main resort unless one wants beach time. Yet, the beach club still has its lovely pools and, of course, the beach. The restaurant choices at the two locations (I did not have a car) are many and varied. None are inexpensive. But keep in mind that you are not tipping. The Sadelle's sandwich and salad selections saved me several days when I only had a short time during which I could grab lunch. I had excellent food at each restaurant I visited (Harbor House, La Principessa, and the Japanese Bocce Club. My dinner group played bocce one night and had a ball. Our group had a rate that was negotiated years ago. I do not think our members will be able to afford going back with the new pricing. But I would consider a personal trip there for a vacation (although it would be at the very edge of affordability for me).

Beautifiul facility, terribly overpriced. It is not a 5 star resort but charges as if. Service levels from front desk arrival to housekeeping, restaurant, bar, concierge and bell desk were all Motel 6 quality. A comedy of unending errors, .failure to perform perfunctory services each and every day at every turn.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Webooked a room at The Boca Raton hotel. They were apparently running a promotion on-line called "Drive in Stay Late" for what it said on their website for $800 plus taxes and fee's for the room type we wanted.Upon checkout our bill showed they charged us $1,029 per night plus taxes and fee's.They front desk said there was no promotion that we booked even though when we looked there were still that promotion going on and said we must not have hit the promotion option. They were extremely rude and did not care at all what had happened.I would never try and get money off my hotel bill for no reason but this was a clear glitch in their bookings on there website and they did not care at all. Very poor rating and customer service for such an expensive hotel. I would never recommend THE BOCA RATON TO ANYONE AFTER OUR EXPERIENCE!!

It was a pleasure staying on the property and spending time outdoors with surfaces that are treated to repel bugs. It’s a great feeling to wake up without any mosquito bites when you are prone to them. All in all it’s a beautiful property. There were a few uncomfortable moments for members in my travel party with remarks from other guests about black people enjoying the property but not from the hotel/staff itself.

Went here for a retreat and overall it was just OK. The events were well decorated and the staff serving was very accommodating. The food quality was below average, serving the same mexican style food 2 days in a row was terrible. The rooms are small but beds are very comfortable. The ride to the beachside is about a 8-12 min drive making it a little inconvenient to go back and forth if you choose. The beach is a nice 5 min walk from the restrooms as well, w not many directions insight. the bar tender (Maya) was great.

I want to give a shout-out to the front desk and housekeeping departments! Everyone was so incredibly NICE. Sharnie (front desk supervisor) was so incredibly thoughtful and kind and she is an amazing role model. The bellhop and housekeeping dept did everything they could to ensure our time was amazing from their role impact. Just amazing people. We had an unfortunate experience in the restaurant but these department(s) really left us with an amazing feeling and carried the team. Thank you-you are truly appreciated!

Let me tell you about my new favorite place in South Florida, The Boca Raton. & no, this is not a sponsored ad, but please feel free to sponsor me The Boca Raton is a beautiful resort in Boca Raton, FL. It is made up of 5 towers located on both the harbor and beach side. There is so much to do from relaxing at any of their pools, private access to the beach, enjoying the water park, water sports, spa, shopping, playing golf, having a few cocktails at any of their gorgeous bars and my absolute favorite, dining at any of their numerous high end restaurants. The list goes on! Many of the restaurants are a part of The Major Food Group, same folks as Carbone. Also, in order to dine in, you must be a hotel guest or member.I recently stayed at the Boca Raton for Memorial Day weekend and I had an absolute blast and honestly, I'm obsessed. Based on my experience, I highly recommend staying on the harbor side as it's close to the main pools, bars, restaurants, etc. I personally stayed at The Cloister which was the perfect location in my opinion. Whenever I wanted to go to the beach or beach side, I would hop on their water taxi boat that picks you up and takes you back; pretty awesome! I believe there's also a bus. During our two night stay, we dined at 4 restaurants, all were great but we did have a bad experience during breakfast at Sadelles - we waited two hours or more for our food. Besides that experience, service and food was excellent at all the other spots. I truly enjoyed dinner at The Flamingo Grill, everything was delish! Be sure to save room for their banana foster dessert. Bocce Club was another great spot for dinner and lastly, you must have breakfast at Marisol, it's on the beach so the view is spectacular. Regarding the bars, The Supper Club is a must! They had live jazz & fabulous cocktails. Overall, I highly recommend the Boca Raton to everyone. I had such a great time and I'm sure you will too! PS: American Express had a deal where you get resort credit, free breakfast and late checkout - I would double check if you decide to stay :) Check out my Instagram for more @LaGordaDeMiami
