Our car broke down, Lazarus the operator came earlier than the estimated arrival time which was great. Lazarus was very polite and patient with us while we found a way to get back. He even jumped my car so that I could park it in my spot and pointed out the issue with the engine. Give Lazarus a raise!

Lazarus arrived sooner than anticipated and was professional, courteous and took great care when loading my vehicle on the lift, he advised me he would contact me when the car arrived at the shop and he did exactly that with a photo.
