Karen at the desk is a joy to schedule with. Luis and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. They’ve never ripped me off or overcharged me and Luis takes his time to explain exactly what’s going on with the car so you can see it and understand. I’m very grateful their shop is here, I don’t like to go anywhere else. I recommend them to anyone that asks me if I know a mechanic.

While visiting relatives in Boca, my wife's Mercedes ML350 had a brake line failed. They were very helpful accomodating the repair. Compared to the rip-offs and horrendous customer service at the dealership, Boca Star was a welcome breath of fresh air. Karen at the desk was warm and friendly and Luis did excellent work. We spent a half hour after the work was done chatting about cars -- I felt like I was with friends.Don't bring your car to the dealer for regular service, Boca Star is the way to go. I will be bringing my cars here from now on...
