Brought my car in for a couple of electrical issues. It's an older VW, and they easily fixed one issue. The other was more complicated - the locks on one side of the car no longer communicate with the remote or the driver-side unlock button. They explained what the diagnostics would entail, as well as what the cost of materials and labor could be. I appreciated that since the cost could have been quite a lot - especially for a 20+year old car. They could have just done what I asked and handed me a big bill, but with the information they gae me, I was able to decide that the issue was only a minor inconvenience that I could live with. I'll definitely bring my car back for more tender loving care!

AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT – Unprofessional, Shady, and Overpriced
My wife’s Audi broke down in Miami, and based on a AAA recommendation, we made the mistake of sending it to Bocas Best. That was the beginning of an absolute nightmare.
From the start, their “solution” was to source a critical part off eBay. That alone should have been a warning sign. Still, given the distance (the car was three hours from my home), I reluctantly agreed.
After days of silence with no updates, I suddenly get a frantic call from their shop demanding immediate payment — before I was even told the car was repaired. The excuse? They were “carrying the cost” of the repair. This is not how a reputable business operates; it’s how a desperate one does.
When I told them I would like to actually see and drive my car before handing over nearly $3,000, I was hung up on. Minutes later, another call: pay up immediately, or face a $75 per day storage fee for my own vehicle. That’s not customer service — it’s extortion.
The entire experience reeked of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and desperation. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. And for the record: those glowing 4–5 star reviews? Don’t be fooled. They’re bought and paid for.
I rarely leave negative reviews — but when a shop operates like this, people deserve to be warned.
Avoid Bocas Best at all costs.

BEWARE⚠️⚠️⚠️ Treated Horribly just trying to get an oil change. So long story short i find this shop and see the great reviews and the place has been around for awhile. After calling and booking a oil change appointment for the following day, i arrive a few minutes late and was assured it was no worry at all as they were running behind already and couldn’t get started on my car for another 20-30 min and i said yeah ofc no worries at all. About a little over 5 minutes pass as im waiting inside the waiting area the same guy who told me it was “no worry at all” hands me back my keys and says “sorry but you’ve missed your appointment so i’m gonna have to ask you to leave”. To say the absolute least i was beyond shocked and extremely confused. I’m a very polite young man and was very respectful & friendly so it absolutely boggles my mind why he would say that and treat me like that. It was 100% a complete sudden change in behavior im still not sure why he suddenly acted that way towards me. I didn’t even question it i was just so shocked in the moment as to how he could suddenly treat a customer like that. Safe to say i will never be coming back here which is unfortunate because i really had high hopes.

My name is Stacy my car went to Boca Best for some damage under the car. The car was not drivable. They did such an unbelievable job. My car drives like a sports car. I am thrilled with work that they did and the bodywork that needed to be done. The car looks brand new. I do not have a lot of miles in my car only 17,000 and it’s five years old.
