This has been an excellent store. I have my two Breitling watches which are absolutely fantastic. I’m very rugged with my watches and they both look like new even after five years… My account executive Patricia is very knowledgeable and excellent customer service I would highly recommend this place to purchase a watch. I bought watches online in the past… But the better value is to pay a little bit more and get it in the store with the service plus if you have a warranty problem. They we will handle it .

I visited the Boca Raton Botique yesterday, sunday, September 22, 2024, dressed unassumedly and was immediately welcomed and offered assistance and beverages.
I was assisted by Ben who did an excellent job of representing both the company and the product line, and as a result, I purchased a 42mm Superocean Heritage ll with a green dial and stainless strap. I couldn't be more pleased with both the excellent service and my purchase. I highly recommend frequenting this Breitling Botique.

Ask about their three month layaway purchase plan. It allows you to purchase the watch of your dreams without over extending your financial resources.

I went into the Boca store a month ago, no one else in there and as I looked at the watches no one approached me. Three staff members were in there. Probably because I did not dress the part or look like I can afford one. I came back three weeks later by chance after taking my wife for lunch at J Alexander’s. I was dressed nice and was wearing one of three that I owned. Not only was I approached, the sales woman showed me multiple watches I was interested in. In thr end she gave me a wonderful catalog as I told her I could not make up my mind. Im going in next week without a watch and not dressed the part and see how I’m treated. If respect is shown I’ll buy the Kelley Slater watch I had my eye on.

Walked into Boca’s Breitling Boutique today and requested a cleaning and polish for my Breitling Crosswind Timepiece and they said 3 to 6 months!!! FOR A CLEANING and POLISH??? Absolutely RIDICULOUS!! It felt as if my request was a burden on them. Walked into FAST-FIX around the corner and they had me squared away in under an hour. Excellent work!!! Fantastic staff and overly qualified. Thanks FAST-FIX and shame on you Breitling!!! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

About six months ago, I purchased a $12,000 Breitling, just after 6 months of use, and the watch just stopped working on my wrist, no drops, no water. Today, I brought the watch for warranty and was informed that it will take four months or more to fix... this is completely unacceptable, I currently own two Breitling watches. I was expecting more from the brand, so poor customer service (I waite 45 minutes for the sales person to cameback with this baloney explanation), I imagine they are manufactured in China like an iPhone, or maybe the quality is not there anymore, definitely not investing money on getting anything from this brand or from Mayors, get a Omega or a Hublot if you go with Breitling better get a Casio (believe any Casio or Citizen is probably quite superior to Breitling... remember they expected to last six to seven month!!!) the manager is supposed to call me and let me know when I will be getting the watch back... I hope so.

To The Owner,
This is my second visit to this Breitling location. At the first visit, I was with my wife, dropping off my watch, which I believe was insured for $10,000. I was very clear that I wanted my watch to be repaired with genuine parts and that I wanted the repair to be processed. My wife made a comment that perhaps we could find another option. To this the older blond lady of relatively short stature, made a point to entertain my wife’s thoughts. I was mildly upset because it was of course my watch and my decision to make. My wife just happened to join me. I moved on.
Today, approximately 6 months later I returned to check in on the status of my watch. There had been no attempt made by the store to update me, and so I thought to check in at the store in person.
This time I was with my 5 year old son. The woman made the comment “I don’t know who I should greet and talk to.”
This may seem trivial, but I find it disrespectful and at very least overly casual. I am the only adult present and have been without my expensive watch since November. Surely this woman in her wisdom does not think a 5 year old would purchase a timepiece.
This is not the level of service that I expect at a high end watch boutique. Please ensure that this does not happen again.
To be clear, I am more upset that I am not treated with respect than I am about it taking more than 6 months for my watch to be serviced and repaired. It is unacceptable.

I purchased a watch two years ago and was having issues with the band. After checking with the boutique to see if they had to band, they told me they unfortunately don't have one and don't know when they will be in stock. I reluctantly changed the band to a different color than what I wanted and went on with my life.Fast forward two days, I received a text from Anthony saying he called the inventory department and found a band. They could order it to the boutique and have it within a week or so.
It's been a long time since I've had an experience like this. I am WOWed! Anthony went above and beyond to help a customer! Thank you Anthony!
