I ordered 2 of the same shirt. One in a L and one an XL as usually always do when I order shirts online. The package arrive in late March with NO return instructions or order number or ship back labels for returns. When I finally got around to returning these on April 14th. Their online return port said. Sorry!! Too late. F these guys and their over priced brand!!! They for sure make it VERY difficult to return any product. So stick to buying from Nordstroms at the same price

Completely disappointed/Mislead when you spend between $ 99 and $ 149.00 only to find out the shirts are MADE IN CHINA. The company attached an almost non-visible clear color label that reads MADE IN CHINA. The shirts you are buying sometimes will say IMPORTED (Premium quality imported fabric), but the Bugatchi Company will NOT specify IMPORTED from CHINA or ITALY or VIETNAM, or INDIA. It should also be noted that most of their shirts look Very Nice. HOWEVER THOSE THAT ARE MADE IN CHINA SHOULD BE CLEARLY MARKED AS SUCH, NOT THAT FLIMSY NON-VISIBLE CLEAR COLOR LABEL.

Last purchase I will EVER make with this company. Returned a pair of shoes because they weren't the color I was hoping for. They called and said they received them back damaged, despite being shoes that were packaged VERY carefully and now I'm out $215. The shoes weren't even that good of quality to warrant that price. The agents are saccharine sweet to be point of being annoyingly fake but they won't budge when it comes to helping the customer out. Never again!

Bugatchi is my favor clothing brand by far. The quality of the fabrics are superb, the fits are great, & I love variety of the designs.My personal favorites are the button down shirts, drivers and mocassins, socks, and blazers, but I basically dress from head to tow in their brand.I definitely recommend placing an order. If you haven't ordered from them before, you'll notice the top-notch quality immediately.
