I had gone to a chain cleaner near my home who over charged me and did not even get the stains out of my dress! I then brought my dress here to cache cleaners and they saved my favorite dress! I have also had them replace a broken button on my jeans and they did a fabulous job. The lady who works in the front is super nice and takes pride in the work they do.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I took my daughters uniform in to be hemmed and after a horrible job, I still gave them over a month to try and do it better while being promised weekly I would hear from the owner. After over a month went by, I accepted defeat and took it somewhere else to be fixed. I still haven’t heard from the owner. The most unprofessional experience ever!

I typically visit the Deerfield Beach location for dry cleaning and I never have any issues with my clothes. However, I recently took a pair of work slacks to the Boca Raton location to be tailored, and when I got home, the pants did not fit properly, and the button fell off immediately. I never received an email or call regarding the completion of my items, so I wasn't informed when they were ready for pick-up.

DO NOT GO HERE! Look what they did to my jeans. I asked to get 2 pairs of jeans tailored. When I picked up the first one, one was literally shorter than the other !! And then I told them about this problem. They fixed it, and tailored the other jeans I gave them. And guess what? The other ones were messed up too even after telling them about the first one’s problem! Oh and best part of all it’s $60. Didn’t bother going back and getting a refund because my family has previously had issues with the owner (when they burned our pants and refused to refund). We let it go and gave it another shot, but should have known.

I would have given a zero if I could!! They have messed with my dry cleaning many times. I stopped going there for year! Owner doesn’t take responsibility for anything. Recently I went to get some jeans hemmed ., very disappointed with the repair. Called and left to speak to the owner, never bothered to call back!

On 12/28 I brought in a pair of slacks, 2 blouses, and a 2-ply cashmere sweater over $200. I got a text telling me my items were ready for pick up about 4 days later. When I arrived everything was ready except for my sweater… no problem. I was told it’d be ready for pick up the following week and I’d get a call letting me know it was ready. I called last Friday only to be hung up on. I arrived in person yesterday asking about my sweater and was told to have a seat while the woman working the front called the owner. I was told, sometimes items get lost in transport from one building to another and that the owner would call me yesterday before 5pm. Unfortunately, no one contacted me. Today I called to ask and the woman told me she was unaware of my situation and told me she did not know the owners name. Not sure what’s going on here - but I would appreciate a phone call and an update on the missing item before I have to take legal action. Thank you.

They did a good job dry cleaning my bed Comforter, but Whoever that Spanish lady is that works in the front, I don’t know if she’s the owner or not, but she is the rudest most miserable person I’ve ever come across and it was only a f5-minute encounter. Plus their prices are a little high, I go to another one now and as long as you print out the coupon they will honor it, and they email you the current ones, which is nice because when you drop off a lot of stuff as I do, it gets extremely costly. I gave it one more chance Because it’s 2 feet across the street from my house and after that I was done. if somebody doesn’t value your business, then don’t give it to them.
I saw the owner’s response to one of the reviews on here was “our prices reflect the quality of our service,” no apology nothing. I think they Forget that service also includes “Customer” service.

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. I wish I read reviews before going there. Horrible place. No quality, nothing was properly cleaned and they 'tried' twice, stains were not removed etc. On top of that a receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. There are many good places in the area, stay away from this one.

This place is outrageously expensive! I had (4) SHORT SLEEVE shirts cleaned for $20! This place has also changed ownership too many times! Too many other places in the area to compete - find another! Nothing special here, and the staff has attitude!

I was really nervous dropping off my dress for my engagement shoot because I need it by Saturday. Not only did Cache do a fabulous job (for $9!!!), but they had it back to me in 3 days. My mom has also used them for years and loves them. They work fast, they’re very efficient, and they send text notifications when your item is ready for pick up. As a side note, I saw another review mention sequins- my dress is COVERED in sequins and glitter and was in perfect condition when I got it back.Service: Alterations
