They did a good job dry cleaning my bed Comforter, but Whoever that Spanish lady is that works in the front, I don’t know if she’s the owner or not, but she is the rudest most miserable person I’ve ever come across and it was only a f5-minute encounter. Plus their prices are a little high, I go to another one now and as long as you print out the coupon they will honor it, and they email you the current ones, which is nice because when you drop off a lot of stuff as I do, it gets extremely costly. I gave it one more chance Because it’s 2 feet across the street from my house and after that I was done. if somebody doesn’t value your business, then don’t give it to them.
I saw the owner’s response to one of the reviews on here was “our prices reflect the quality of our service,” no apology nothing. I think they Forget that service also includes “Customer” service.

This place doesn't deserve even 1 star. I wish I read reviews before going there. Horrible place. No quality, nothing was properly cleaned and they 'tried' twice, stains were not removed etc. On top of that a receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. There are many good places in the area, stay away from this one.

This place is outrageously expensive! I had (4) SHORT SLEEVE shirts cleaned for $20! This place has also changed ownership too many times! Too many other places in the area to compete - find another! Nothing special here, and the staff has attitude!

I was really nervous dropping off my dress for my engagement shoot because I need it by Saturday. Not only did Cache do a fabulous job (for $9!!!), but they had it back to me in 3 days. My mom has also used them for years and loves them. They work fast, they’re very efficient, and they send text notifications when your item is ready for pick up. As a side note, I saw another review mention sequins- my dress is COVERED in sequins and glitter and was in perfect condition when I got it back.Service: Alterations

After using them for 2 years plus, however in the past 4 months they have just been a mess. Twice I've received cloths that belong to somebody else, also I have return cloths that were dirty and not press. The ineptitude of one of their employees (female) is incredible, she has been rude and inattentive to my wife in the past and today. She lost one of my shirts is unbelievable. She shouldn't be in contact with the public, as her excuse is that she can't find it and had to look for it. I've decided to take my business elsewhere, please be aware they will lose your clothes. Their response is to fill out a claim. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Biggest scam. The alteration lady is extremely rude and after my alterations were ready she doubled the price and I had to pay in order to get my clothes back.

Called them to notify that I would be there 2 minutes after closing to which she replied "we close at 6:30"

I have been taking my shirts and pants to Cache for over two years now and I never had an issue! Great service and quality cleaning!
