Andrew Respol was my service advisor who not only didn’t keep me informed about the status of my car, but told me it would be ready every week and that I would receive a call from him about the car, which did not occur. My car was in the shop for a month for a broken headlight, however I wasn’t informed that it became an electrical issue until 3 weeks later. I was only called twice in the entire time it was in the shop. When I picked up my car from Caliber Collisions on Monday, 10/28/24 the manager, Sean Moran, told me to not fill out the survey due to my frustration. I have never been so frustrated in my life because of the lack of communication regarding the status of my car. I would recommend choosing a different service advisor if possible.

The repair on my vehicle was done very quickly before the expected date. I was informed and updated while my vehicle was being repaired. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They don't care about the details, the rearview mirror shakes a little when you're driving it's not original and they put it second, it has 2 small holes in the glass dye when they change the door, and when you're driving you hear air coming in from outside, I don't recommend them at all.

Caliber Collision, provided excellence service with the repairs of my front bumper to my Jeep Wrangler. Throughout, the process Nyasia has been very helpful and extended great customer service to me from the beginning until the day of pick up. I also want to show my appreciation to Drew as well with how informative he was with the steps of the repairs and the process with my auto insurance. The entire process with Caliber Collision was simple and timely. Drew was great! He let me know what was going on and when the car would be ready. The car was returned on time and looked amazing!
