“I found this place while looking for a mechanic to replace my front and rear brake pads. I had never heard of them before seeing their Groupon Offer Carlos answered all my questions on the phone, very friendly and professional. The repair shop was clean and didn't have that grimey mechanic feel. I left my car at the shop and went to work, arrived around 6 hours later and my car was ready. Manny checked me out and I was on my way. Very straightforward transaction, friendly service, clean waiting area, easy to find and great pricing. I will definitely be back if I need any repairs.”

It was in fact not the starter so he searched for electrical issues, which we all know is a needle in a haystack. “I want to personally thank Allan and Mazel auto for the work done on my 2018 Ford Explorer. When I went to Mazel it was based on the reviews read. My car had a problem where it would not start. The shop I initially took it to stated that it was not the starter but they could not tell me what was wrong. They could only speculate and since I was already out just under $200 dollars I said I could not afford speculation. I needed a definite answer and they could not tell me. I then looked around and my wife gave me the names of all the shops in the Boca Raton area. I looked on Mazel and he told me he would charge me a fair price to analyze my vehicle. He initially came back with a initial proposal that I told him was too costly since I had just paid over $800 to get my son's car fixed. Allan and Mazel was able to correctly analyze the situation and the final outcome was half of what the first proposal was. I have since told one of my church going friends that Mazel was fair and honest in their pricing and they plan on visiting this week. My wife was also impressed at the professionalism of one of the worker she met. I plan on using them in the future”
