This location is super clean and fresh; staff is attentive, helpful and happy to help clients. I switched from another location, also great, but some staff had attitude issues; which I did not appreciate. Also if you need to get an aspiration you can get that here as well; no need to go elsewhere. Another good thing, results upon leaving which is a relief (not waiting anxiously) and if you need copy they are happy to oblige. Give this place an excellent in customer service and all else. Employees try to make this painful (mean that literally) annual experience as pleasant as possible! Highly recommended

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, but I am glad I didn't listen to them. I came here after going to Akumin last year, and it was a world of difference. Everyone in the front office is kind and helpful. All the technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. I won't go anywhere else now!

I have been going to Care Diagnostics for more years than I can remember and have always been very satisfied. Last week I got a call that my annual mammogram was abnormal and I needed to come in for some follow up imaging. Needless to say, I was very upset. However, the care I received at the facility was more than I could ever ask for. From the women at the front desk to the technicians who preformed my mammogram and ultrasound they were all kind, caring, knowledgeable and calming. I wish I had gotten everyone's name because they all deserve a shout out for their excellent service. The only name I did get was a woman named Kristy who called me to tell me my initial results and also coordinate the necessary documentation for my follow up visit. She was beyond efficient and kind. Also, the women who did my mamo and ultrasound were just as kind and compassionate as they could be. These two women treated me with more care than I have ever gotten at any doctor's office. This place is amazing. I've never had a problem getting an appointment or waited too long once I got there to be seen. The facility is clean and comfortable and the gowns they give you to wear are soft, cozy and just the right size ! I know I'm going on and on with this lengthy review, but I am just so grateful for they way I was treated from the moment I walked in the door to the hug I got when my follow up tests turned out to be negative. I will go nowhere else for my mammogram !

I’ve been to my fair share of imaging centers and this one is my far the best. It’s really nicely modernly designed. Kept clean. The front staff and ultrasound tech were so beyond sweet. Took away any nerves. ALSO: which is big one for me, they have a MD on staff in the office at all times. I walked out with my report knowing my results. No waiting & wondering!! The best.

Just left Care Diagnositics. Great facility. Very clean place and the staff are so nice and accommodating. Very personal attention with knowledgeable and attentive staff. High recommend this place!!
