“We went into the store to check out the carpeting. We were welcomed in by Mark who helped us out and was exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable about carpet and answered all of our questions. He had good suggestions as well for the color, type of carpeting and the placement of the seam. After the carpet had been installed, he called to check on our experience and whether we were happy with the carpet. Great customer service and such a pleasant person to work with!”
