Brought my wife's SL on to repair scratched bumber, and do some paint work. As usual the car came out perfect, took a scratch out from the door came out completely, amazing. I highly recommend Carstar to anyone.

This is by far the # 1car show that I have ever been too. THE SERVICE was top notch the quality was top notch. To be honest im EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE and would highly recommend anyone to take there vehicle here.

State Farm recommended some body shop and by the reviews, I choose CARSTAR (Boca Raton) to fix the back door (Toyota RAV4). Let’s start saying that, after I picked up my car, (when I get home) a notice that a cellphone and a microfiber rag was left inside my car (trunk). So, I drove back to the shop to return the cellphone.
Without my authorization, they removed my original bumper and replaced with cheap aftermarket bumper. Them they put a “Toyota “ sticker on it! (No idea why). The job was poorly done and there was gap (pictures attached). Probably my car worth $ 17,000. They charged $ 3,183 to “fixed” my car. If this isn’t overpriced, I don’t know!
After I brought the car back, talk to the owner (Mike) to fixe the problem, when I picked up my car (I arranged to pick the car when the body shop was closed), I still have the same aftermarket bumper and gaps (pictures attached) .
I called State Farm and I told them that I want my car to be fixed properly and I don’t want let my car with CARSTAR again (they had a chance to do it right at the first time and even a the second time they didn’t).
Usually I am not a complainer, but I don’t like when people think that I am stupid!
My car is going through an inspection on Friday, so, let’s see what happens!
