I’ve been working with Lee Fine, my advisor at Charles Schwab, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lee is always available when I need him, and on the rare occasion he’s tied up, his assistant steps in immediately so I never feel unsupported.
He recently helped me successfully move all of my accounts from Coastal Wealth, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and handled with complete attention to detail.
I’m truly impressed with his responsiveness, expertise, and the level of service I receive. I feel confident and well taken care of, and I’m very happy to have Lee as my advisor.

Very Rude, was treated with no respect walking into their office for the first time. No one returns your call, my broker switched from TD Ameritrade and after switching to Schwab never heard from him again.

I my branch in boca Raton , the phone rang & rang , and then the phone hung up on their end. I did this several times with different numbers. What the hell is going on at 2:20 in the afternoon on a Wednesday but nobody can answer phone ?

Hard to get a hold of anyone over the phone. Branch was able to help in person. Not the best, not the worst. Office was clean.

About 2 weeks ago I went to Schwab's palm beach gardens office the lady i the front desk was horrible to deal with very nasty. This time i went to Schwab's west palm beach office and everything was perfect, I delt with Jordan Sabatino, he was aplesure to work with. Verty professional and made it obvious that he was there to help me in any way he could, I was very pleased with Jordan and his office.

I'd heard all the TV commercials and thought well...It sounds great. Their fees won't be high.. it looks like they give some individual service. NOOOO. A woman named Nona handled my account. I was supposed to hear from some expert after investing 600,000. No one called me... ever. After ultimately losing well over $90,000; I finally got out. Do not believe their ads. Completely bogus. You can do much better elsewhere.
