About 2 weeks ago I went to Schwab's palm beach gardens office the lady i the front desk was horrible to deal with very nasty. This time i went to Schwab's west palm beach office and everything was perfect, I delt with Jordan Sabatino, he was aplesure to work with. Verty professional and made it obvious that he was there to help me in any way he could, I was very pleased with Jordan and his office.

I'd heard all the TV commercials and thought well...It sounds great. Their fees won't be high.. it looks like they give some individual service. NOOOO. A woman named Nona handled my account. I was supposed to hear from some expert after investing 600,000. No one called me... ever. After ultimately losing well over $90,000; I finally got out. Do not believe their ads. Completely bogus. You can do much better elsewhere.

3/30/2022 It is the worst of the worst bank in the whole universe. From 2018 the bank regular staff, supervisors and local branch made non stop mistakes providing inaccurate phone customer service. I always wrote down the name of the staff I spoke to. Even today it was Kalsey who closed my account without my authorization. I asked her if mailing a cashier check balance to me would close my account? She confirmed NO. Wrong! Liar! My account was closed. That bank cannot be trusted. Be aware and do not open an account. One star is too much for that mediocre bank. Bank of my nightmares.

The staff there are one of the rudest people I have ever met who will treat you very badly and very unprofessionally. They do anything to not to do what you ask them of, which is supposed to be their job.

Extremely rude, condescending & impatient when I expressed I did not understand a brief & cursory explanation regarding a $50K deposit to an existing IRA. I was left to stand in the middle of the lobby while this advisor's client chair was occupied at her desk & while they chatted away about restaurants & going out. Even a bank teller would have shown more respect for a generic $100 deposit transaction than this staff member did. She was abrupt and very rude when I expressed that I did not understand her very brief & terse explanation, & while she insisted on conducting business with me in the middle of the lobby regarding at $50K deposit! I stood in the middle of the lobby while another sat planted at her desk.I am a veteran & USAA moved their investments to Schwab last year, otherwise I would still be with USAA, where they know to treat customers with dignity.Shame on you. This rep knows who she is.Disgusting.If this is Mr. Schwab's idea of customer service, & I believe he would be extremely angry had he witnessed this incident, no thank you, you may keep it. I'll be moving my funds elsewhere where my deposits & investments, and a human being, are respected & valued.
