Just wanted to to talk with someone at the actual branch regarding notary services. Was transferred to a phone center who said they could try to get me to the actual branch, which they could not. So frustrating.

So rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them when I called inquiring about if a notary was there today…free notary is part of being a Chase Private Client and Brian made it sound like they are so swamped that he doesn’t seem to see if himself or Crystal would be able to accommodate me…I’m stating names because he mentioned them to me. Two notaries in today and my calling first was such a burden in his voice hemming and hawing that he questions if even possible to see me today for one page school document.
Do better Chase in your training and making you clients feel valued- or don’t offer your Private Clients notary service if such a burden.

I guess chase isn’t for small business’s or companies just starting up. I went to chase because the account I opened online required $2000 in the account at all times. I’m just starting my business and that feels unrealistic at this time for me. Crystal said if I had the chase credit card which I do they would waive the fee. Told her I do have that card ( which she was completely shocked that I had hahah) Then she said if I spend $2000 a month on my credit card then the fee is waived, which if there’s a month I don’t need supplies for my business I clearly wouldn’t make it. Overall I’m writing this review because I don’t care that chase requires that much for a small business account. It was the taste in my mouth left from the employee I was speaking with clearly needs to take a hospitality and customer service course.

When reading the reviews just remember which city is placing them there. I’m pretty sure a lot of it could be handled but tempers flare and no one wants to listen to reason. I get it sometimes service may not be where you want it (They are human) but that shouldn’t dictate an angry response unless they absolutely disrespected you. This branch is great and everyone is friendly. My challenge to you is should get to know them, learn their names and bond with them. Don’t come in with an attitude and maybe listen when they tell you their policies don’t allow them to do certain transactions. I would give Tara, Hortencia, Krissy, Nicole, Abigail, Brian, Crystal and Paul ten stars if I could. They are great individuals.

The first time my appointment was rescheduled for another day because Frankie didn't show up for work. The second time, Abigail accepted me but couldn't open an account because my company was set up in New York. Is Chase limited to Boca or all US?

Put about $700 in the ATM to which it told me it didn't accept it just kept the money and told me to call Chase. First time ever going here and it'll probably be my last, worthless branch
