This bank is the worse , my daughter got a fraud on her account , they don’t want to do anything, she asked them to close it and open a new one , and put her check salary on the new one , they didn’t, they put the check on the old account who was in negative, she lost her check and they don’t want to do anything, they are thieves, they are not a bank , they’re are just here to steal your money , if you need help they don’t do anything, they don’t care , they are horrible

Sabrina, who I believe is the manager, is wonderful and Tellers are nice, but the bankers are extremely rude and not helpful. Zero customer service skills - even for a request to open up a new account. Don’t go there. Other Chase branches are close by, on Federal Hwy north & south. Much better.

Review is late ... but NOT forgotten! I first met Aurora at another Chase Boca location; the day before. Unexpectedly, met her again at this location. I was thrilled! Aurora assisted initially with downloading the Chase app so I can make a deposit. Super sweet she is. EXCELLENT customer service, and she invited any questions I had. A pleasure to have her assist again. Truly a great Chase Associate Banker! Many thanks!

My account was compromised for fraud and rather than Chase notify me , I had to investigate the matter and make several trips to the bank. In addition, to the time spent , I was misinformed information and incurred fees for poor miscommunication. Chase has no compassion for their customers and have poor customer service. Management should train employees efficiently.

This review is for the Manager Sabrina. I just called her ....I tried 2 other locations first before reaching her. We all know how hard it is to get a "live person" on the the phone these days during the pandemic! And then when you get one - one that cares! Well Sabrina was very nice. I told her my issue and she told me I could handle it on on-line banking. She gave me the 800 number too but told me the wait times could be long. She even offered to waive fees if I had any to waive.

This is easily the worst chase branch I’ve ever been to. I come here because I have to for my job and every time I come there’s an issue. They have no idea how to deal with a line. I was in front and had a big ish deposit and the guy started working on it, and then realized there were few people behind me and helped all of them before finishing my deposits he had already started. What should have been a 5 minute visit turned into a 25 minute ordeal. I get told my deposits are too big for the drive thru, and now they’re too big for the counter. What’s a guy to do?

Its so sad when you lose a great manager like Karron was! Now, the new manager is nasty,,, and everyone is new and unfamiliar so suddenly we are all strangers. They take FOREVER and make mistakes! the manager is impossible to deal with! stear clear there are so many nicer branches than this one! Spanish River is AWESOME

I just called this place to find out how much it would cost to open an account what would be the minimum balance required to open a new account for checking and the woman I was speaking to didn't have a clue and just wanted me to come in and talk to them whereas I told her I have a busy schedule and don't have time to play guessing games I all I asked was the minimum requirement for a balance to open the account and she could not answer this question for some reason the people here are worthless. I spoke to a representative at a different location that was further away where they told me I needed at least $25 to open an account so I was going to check with the location I was closer to me if that was the same but this lady for some reason could not answer me the question. Please fire this woman

worst branch ever ! Since Karron left this place is horrible, I go there as a last resort. The staff definitely reflects the new managers unprofessionalism - its a shame,,, they used to be great and convenient!
