Carlos Rocha is not only very personable and professional. He follows up on every detail and is very thoughtful organized and responsive to the needs of his customers.
I cannot recommend anyone more enthusiastically in the banking industry than Carlos Rocha, he is the very best.

Be careful with Adam Tekel, in 2 months he was able to lose me $7,000 and it’s not only by bad investments decisions but by also not telling me the true.
What he says is not what is write in the paper work provided and who read all those smalls letters? So be careful!
I’m opening an investigation against his acts because until the moment I’m writing it he failed to provide the certifications he have, what make me believe he doesn’t have the qualification and certifications need by law to be an Advisor.
Again be careful with Adam Tekel in this branch ask for somebody else or better go to Bank of America on the other side of the street they will properly help you.

Naj is incredible. 10/10 experience. He was super helpful, patient, proactive, informative, and solution forward. Make sure to ask for him. This was best chase experience and i’ve been with the bank for over a decade.

I hate this Chase brunch. Employers make me a hard time. Indian looking guy didn't help at all , even didn' t try to help, absolutely helpless worker. The unnamed woman was also helpless and ignoring. Now I understand why this brunch has 3 stars .

Went there to open my bank account as I just moved here. The bank was neat clean and the staff was very friendly. My banker Delmira Toribio was cooperative, friendly and extremely helpful. As it’s my first time here, she guided me about a-lot of stuff and explained everything in detail. She was professional throughout our conduct and after 30-40mins, I was able to leave Chase with a bank account. Thank you Toribio for your service :)

I cannot say enough about how helpful, considerate and caring both Michael Moncrieffe and Danny Montenegro were when I needed help in closing out my mother's safety deposit box. It was an emotional task to mildly put it, and they both made it so much the better. A BIG Thank you to the both of them.

0 stars.Not helpful, rude, did not care at all what I went in there for.Literally lied to me. And I do mean Literally. Called the other bank and they verified he was lying.Guy was not even nice as I'm telling him about a bad experience with a competing bank, you would think he wants the business... I will close my accounts, chase is too big to care I guess...go anywhere else but here.

Tshianio the bank teller is an amazing employee. Tshianio was professional, courteous, and accurate with his transactions. What an amazing employee that is a night and shinning star in your company. I love how fast and efficient the transactions process for my business account. The store is beautiful on the inside ready for Christmas. They have a public bathroom and is fully wheels chair accessible.

Customer Service is horrible! Spent 25 minutes waiting to see a banker, while another banker sat in his office doing nothing! When the lady in front of me complained about receiving service, he gave her attitude!

Take it from me, this Chase branch has the worse customer service! Not a friendly staff! This is not the first time I was treated disrespectfully at this location. That is why I am writing this review now. Enough is enough! Customer pays fees and interests for keeping your doors open and pay salaries to your employees. Teach proper customer service to your employees! Antagonism was shown towards me by employee at this branch today! Give respect first to receive respect! Remember, customer always right! As a large bank, becoming too cocky will result in thousands of customers leaving and opening accounts elsewhere due to unsatisfactory service....just like I will!

Walk in at 9am. Guy with glasses greets me and tells me he can’t assist me because he has an appointment at 9:30… tell me to go to a different chase to open a credit card lol unreal. Terrible service
