Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to open a new account as an existing customer and was told they did not have time to help me. They did not offer to schedule an appointment or guide me to a different branch. I am now questioning removing all my accounts from chase after this terrible customer service.

Horrible service, very rude. They have 3 bankers and only one of them is with a customer, they won’t take me because I don’t. Have an appointment I work Monday-Friday and today is my only day off. Don’t go to this branch they are very rude

I opened today a business account with Ángela Banica in this branch, and the process couldn’t be more perfect. She helped me a lot with what I wanted to do and I could open the business account plus a business credit card as well. I strongly recommend this branch for this. Great service.

Its not seriously brach for bussines, yesterday open account next day close, because some analyst thought so, lost my precious time, what is the point of opening a business account today and closing it tomorrow, or is it a pointless bank, do not waste your precious time and your money I do not advise this bank to anyone

Been with chase before they bought Washington mutual bank and this branch has made me want to end any and everything I have to do with them. So sad how poor customer service is and how much they'll lie to you to shut you up. This branch should be avoided at all cost especially if you deal with any investments. Very sad that they'll take your money and basically say F you, good luck figuring things out on your own. Such garbage

I never write reviews but I'm sick of this bank , you guys close so early and your atm is locked behind doors so I have to use the drive up atm . The multiple times I've used that atm it never works and always gives me an error message leading me to not get my cash . .

Manager of this branch needs to go for a training. I can not believe how they treat customers. I have seen the branch manger abusing her power and belittling chase customers. I personal love ALL the banks surrounding this location. What a shame and a joke this place has become.

All I can say is... WOW!! Chase bank has always been such a wonderful and personable bank, but this branch blows everyone away. From being greeted at the door to getting assistance from My favorite banker Natasha who was beyond friendly, im just over the moon. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Thanks for the incredible experience!
