When I went to the counter to pay, a woman named Dorota was helping me. I told her that I had a coupon and she asked for my phone number.
She told me I was not in the system.
I told her that I was in 2 months ago and had the same issue so everything was redone then.She insisted that she couldnt find me
And was extremely argumentative. I finally left without purchasing.
When I found the coupon in my email, I came back.
The same Dorota said to me “Are you sure this is you”. And proceeded to argue with me about how I cannot use someone else's coupon. Are you kidding me????. I was holding my phone up to her to scan it.
I asked her why she was being so rude . She still continued to want to argue and be right. She told me she was the manager (which she is not).
I told her that all you should be saying right now is “I apologize for the mixup” but she kept insisting that she was right and I was wrong.
I have never had such a bad experience in a store. It is a shame.

I am so excited to be sharing my recent experience at Chicos at town center mall. I normally don’t shop there but someone gave me a gift card so I decided to try it…. what a fantastic experience ! The store is clean, light and bright. The sales people are friendly and helpful but the best part of my experience was interacting with Brenda the manager. She is super knowledgeable and has great taste. You can tell she loves her job and I for one appreciate her tremendously. She is my new Go-To fashionista. When you stop by the store be sure to ask for her and when she picks something out that you would never think would look good on you- believe me “just try it”! Thank you Brenda for making my shopping experience a memorable one!! I can’t wait to come back again!!

The website said open but when we got there they were closed for inventory. When I called another location, they were surprised to hear that (said it's usually done before opening). My mom is disabled, so it was disheartening for her.

I was helped by Joe at Chico's Boca Town Center, Boca Raton, FL and he is one of those associates that goes above and beyond for you. It is so refreshing to find this kind of help, especially today when it's so hard to find good help. He is the best employee I've ever come across at any Chico's store. I don't normally write reviews but had to write one for him. So many people only complain but I wanted to say 'thank you' to Joe for making my experience with Chico's so enjoyable. If you are ever at Chico's town center be sure to ask for him. Chico's most certainly found a gem in Joe.

Chico’s at the Towne Center Mall in Boca Raton is large and has an extensive selection of sale, clearance and new merchandise. The staff is friendly and responsive and very helpful. This is one of my favorite go-to Chico’s locations.
