I went to this location earlier today to make a deposit. Was only in there for a short time but it started to rain very heavily.. I didn’t have an umbrella and the teller that made my deposit walked me and my two year old to our car in the downpour with an umbrella. She was so sweet to go out of her way for us and kind of made my day. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she’s a pretty brunette woman that went above and beyond for a customer.

I came to the branch to ask about an issue a phone support could not handle. As I was waiting to speak to someone, I was told that no one would be able to help me or talk to me and I should go home and make an appointment. A branch employee told me that from afar without leaving her desk, in irritated voice and not even asking what I came for.BTW, I am a Citigold client, which is not, of course, printed on my t-shirt.

Poor customer service. Tried to open an account. Took almost a week for them to process. Definitely not a place that's Covid clean. Look at their guest chairs. Probably reclaimed from a greyhound bus station.

I’d give this bank a 1 star if it wasn’t for Nicholas. I had 6 months of fees from citi changing my account without permission while abroad.The 1st person I spoke to there said she couldn’t do anything. She lied. The manager said call Citi and I did, they said only can be fixed in branch. I went back and Nick fixed it even when the others said they couldn’t.Thank you Nick! Citi almost lost my business. I’m staying because of you!

The way they operate during the time of covid is unprofessional. one branch has employees working but only one person to work the front desk. I went to try depositing a check before work and was told the person who does it was out for lunch (with no replacement person to cover her post during her time at lunch). I then went to another branch close to my job and checked on Google maps if it was still open and was shown as open yet when I went there it was closed with signs saying closed due to covid-19 and I saw other people coming up there only to be disappointed wasting their gas and time due to the unprofessionalism being understaffed and not updating on Google maps or the site that's they're closed which lead people to believe they're open and wasting their time and gas

My account is ---476. First name Aurelien. Zip code 33064. I closed my 2 accounts the 11th march. They confirmed they closed my 2 accounts with 00 balance. We are 2nd of may, they charged overdraft and monthly fees (59 dollars).Scam bank. I will remove this feedback if they do the neccessary AND apologize. Both conditions are the requirements to remove this sincere and truth feedback.
