Poor customer service at this location. Please acknowledge customers. No staff at counter to help. I patiently waited while there were several staff available elsewhere. I left after waiting about 10 minutes and there was no line. When I asked if there was someone to assist me, the employee literally ignored me and continued to help another customer. I could not wait any longer as I had an appointment. I tried to use the A ATM and could not complete the transaction; so I needed help with a representative. While I was at the ATM,Another customer walked in an someone that was previously not working with a customer asked how they could help them. I was standing there for 10minutes and no one bothered to ask me. Please have basic customer available. Spanish River branch is exceptional.

Asa Gonzales was very helpful and kind accommodating us without any appointment done prior!She gave my child a color book to keep her busy while finishing up the paperwork!

Very rude and unaccommodating. Closed an account and they refused to give me copies of legal documents I signed. When putting a signature on anything, it’s important to keep a record with a copy, very logical and reasonable request was met with an irrational and very shady response. Do not do business with these people. Many better banks out there with a greater emphasis on making their clients feel valued and comfortable.

Absolutely worse Citibank I've ever encountered. Upon my exit from the branch (after waiting 30 minutes for "no" service) one of the female managers tried to stop me from leaving while speaking to me with food in her mouth. Unprofessional.

Citibank in itself is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with.I have literally never experienced such bad customer service in my life as I have with Citi bank.They are RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL,LIARS and just dont care about you or your business with them.I get anxiety every time I call them because I literally have to speak to 7 different people and call 7 different times to get a issue resolved.

This is the shitiest bank I have ever been. Service is awful, attitude of the staff is bitter and dismissive. Will not further my business ( probably will end business ) with citi because of this branch. Not the first time either

Citibank in itself is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with.I have literally never experienced such bad customer service in my life as I have with Citi bank.They are RUDE,UNPROFESSIONAL,LIARS and just dont care about you or your business with them.I get anxiety every time I call them because I literally have to speak to 7 different people and call 7 different times to get a issue resolved. I have literally spent 4 hours on the phone with them trying to get $240 in overdraft fees resolved because they withdrew money from the wrong account and they have told me about 30 different stories on what is going on. Came into citibank and spoke with Terrek and he put me back on the phone with Citibank and wasted another hour of my time. Citibank is HORRIBLE.DONT BANK WITH THEM.

My family and I have a fortune in this bank and after dealing with the dismissive and rude bank manager at this branch today we have all decided to pull our money out and close out all other forms of accounts with them. The employees aside from this rude manager are amazing and I feel bad for them to have to work for him

Adding an account for a teenage child is a nightmare. It resulted in 5 visits to the branch, losing access to my (the adult parent) online account access for 3 weeks, numerous new debit/bank cards having to be created, and assorted other mishaps along the way.
