Been banking there 7 years. (With Citibank since the 80’s ) I Had a cd mature last year. Waz Ill and couldn’t get there on the Friday ( day before grace period ended) So I went Saturday. The final day , they were closed unlike ALL others branches on Saturdays . So I had to go Monday. They would NOT honor the extended grace period and rolled it over at a lower rate. Ended up costing me $1000 . I’m still pissed off and use a diff branch further away. . Lousy customer service imo. I also use chase across the street and they cars more about my business , treating me fairly

The new ATM at this location is ill-conceived. If you are above average height, you have to crouch down to see the screen. Have also not been able to withdraw cash in months, as it continues to say, "This request cannot be processed. Please contact customer service."

I needed to open various different accounts at this branch. Not knowing exactly which type of account to open l was helped by Matias Isias and Laura Carmona. They were both, courteous, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They helped me chose the best accounts for my own personal needs. I would highly recommend this branch and it's staff for all your banking needs .The staff is bilingual and can assist any Spanish speaking person who feels more comfortable using their native language. Thanks so much.

Arrived to open an account and was told everyone was busy and I could come back in two hours. They took down all my information and scheduled me for a 3 pm appointment. I arrived on time and then was told again that everyone was busy and there was no one to help me. I complained and they said the appointments don’t go through correctly and the times cannot be kept. I was then waiting for another 50 minutes and they close at 4 pm. They don’t have staff to serve the clientele that comes in. They cannot handle walk-ins and they cannot handle appointments. They are okay with saying “sorry we can’t help you” without any suggestions or solutions.

I and my wife were harassed and discriminated by this Citibank branch staff on 5/22/2020.We had 2 PM appointment for opening new accounts, when we arrived on time, they let us to wait, then refuse servicing us by unreasonably demanding original social security cards from us. I do not understand why we were treated so differently and badly because we are Asian Americans.

Took my father in law here to open up a checking account. Yadhira told me i would get referral bonus since im citibank business and personal member. When we are done opening up a checking account for him, i asked her about the referral bonus and Yadhira (personal banker) told me the teller can sign me up for that. Went to the teller, deposited the money, asked the teller about the bonus, she then told me Yadhira didnt sign me up for that and "would be the next person i bring that i will get it". I asked her what about this time, she told me she doesnt know. Went back to Yadhira and she told me it was a miscommunication and we had to start over. Like seriously? Bottom line is i didnt get my referral bonus and please dont come here. No one knows what they are doing.

Had a terrible experience with this location. The ATM in the Drive-through took $2000 cash... apparently it was a system error.. very frustrated came to the bank next morning and the manager (African American lady with short hair) was very unprofessional, and didn't showed any compassion about the issue.. long story short is been 2 days and nobody called back, their answer is that it takes 1 to 10 business days to get my money back... BE AWARE... do not open an account here. I have a daughter and we needed the money in the account ASAP.... this is very serious issue people. What they are doing is not right. Hope this can help someone out there :( This is unacceptable..... don't know what to do..... hope someone from corporate can see this post and help me resolve this problem.

Terrible service ! Make a deposit on my account and ATM wasn't working properly and took all the money .. I got a receipt showing me a phone number that I need to call to resolve issue because machine wasn't working ?? . The cash that I deposited was not on my account . Branch manager didn't resolve anything and it was very unprofessional... her answer was wait 1-10 days until we investigate this issue with the machine .. really ???????? I need my money back !! I will not recommend Citibank to anyone !!!! I hope they resolve this issue soon ...
