I was recommended this location after unfortunately getting into a hit and run situation with my car. I highly recommend Classic Collision though and am so glad I had gone to them, they were so kind and helpful and my car was fixed up so quickly, the staff was always kind whenever I called, they were great with providing me with consistent and frequent updates regarding the status of my car, it was such a seamless process and I’m glad I brought my car here

I brought my car to ClassicCollision in Boca as per GEICO. No one explained the process. When I arrived I was "greeted" by the front desk person Susan. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. She attempted to tell me the process about getting photos and that I should take my car home and wait for the estimate and parts. She acted like I was so stupid and explaining anything was a huge burden.Funny enough another customer came in and I listened as she shamed him for not speaking English well. This woman is mean and unhappy and it shows. I don't need anxiety going to get my car repaired - an accident is bad enough.

Nice people/staff but unfortunately I was not satisfied at all with the work.Got front bumper done. It was finished before the ETA which was good, but unfortunately there were things that the shop should have seen before contacting me for pickup the very first time.Pickup day was gloomy and was about to rain so i rushed to inspect and then drove the car home. Day after pickup I inspected again and I noticed some tabs were not completely snapped in, in fact the part that was supposed to go under, was on top.So i called and asked if i can send them pics so they can quickly assess if it warrants bringing the car back in - because I knew i would have to drive there (about 20 min drive across town) to inspect and I would have to drive back again on another day to leave it so they can repair. I was trying to prevent multiple trips but they wouldnt accept photos being sent to them. Maybe they should let customer send them photos for them to inspect and then setup a drop off day/time to make 2 trips into 1.So I ended up coming back twice, once to inspect and then another to leave the car.Pickup day was sunny so i had the chance to inspect if the issue was resolved and they did fix it. They did. Paint was great very close to oem you couldnt even tell. Tabs and plastic pieces were in place. Looked perfect.Fast forward couple months, i was just walking around the car and noticed the rubber seal on the headlights was sticking out on the passenger side. I looked at the driver side and the rubber is tucked and cleanly put together. It’s very hard to notice since the rubber seal is black and the background is dark/black. I think i only noticed now because the area are now broken in and dirty. I took a vid on the 2nd pickup and realized that the rubber piece had been sticking out since day 1.Very disappointing to say the least.There were/are a couple of issues the shop should have noticed and fixed prior to releasing it. Not to mention they’ve had a couple chances to inspect the repair thoroughly since they had the car in the shop twice now.I am still contemplating on taking the car back in simply because of the hassle - i have to bring it back to get inspected, then i would have to come back to drop it off and get someone to drive me back home, leave the car a couple days then have someone drop me off again for pickup, etc.This is not a very good quality shop, based on my experience. Not what I expected as they have pretty high rating in google.One star for quick turnaround, one star for nice staff and great communication. But I would trade these two for quality/workmanship the first time around.

Virtually every part of my repair was an issue.My rental was not booked - so had to wait and get a rentalMy body work had to be redone b/c initial work was faulty and bubbled up.Car was returned dirty with overspray covering entire outside and inside of vehicle.car was returned unwashed and dirtier than when dropped off.rental charges were billed to me after 6 months after the incident. Classic refused charges. I had to contact them to pay the bill.I would not advise using this body shop. I would advise using Caliber Collision instead.Services: Painting

Have been taking my vehicles there for over three years. Had 4x4 post fly threw my windshield and some minor damage to the front end. Followed instructions I received from Geico, no problem until I talked to ignorant nasty telephone receptionist. She first told me it was okay to have my car towed because the windshield was cracked. Then she said they don't accept towed in vehicles. I tried to explain the vehicle is drivable just not safe. She insisted no towed vehicle's allowed parking lot to small.q$Never will go back will never recommend and hope they read this and teach that nasty women some manners. It's a shame because they really did good work on vehicles.Forward this message also to adjuster from Geico explaining the situation with this body shop hopefully they will stop listing them as an suggested company.

I recently went to Classic Collision and had a very positive experience. I called ahead and got a same-day appt. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and within minutes of my check-in, Maurice came out to meet me and go over what I needed.We walked outside, he assessed my damages and introduced me to Jeff. Jeff started on the job right away. I have a high deductible so my damages were going to be out of pocket. The price was very reasonable. Jeff jumped on the job right away and finished that same day. It was a basic paint job, so they were able to work on it very quickly. And didn't try to upsell my small job.I was happy with the service, the price and the timeline. As a woman, I have often faced being talked down to when at car shops. Maurice and Jeff treated me as any other customer, and I appreciated it.

Chris and the front desk lady are fantastic. Called me almost every single day giving me play-by-play updates on the repairs of my car. If i didn’t get to their call, they left me a thorough voice mail. I was unfortunately a victim of a hard rear-end collision and the folks at Classic Collision made it look like nothing ever happened. Forever grateful for you all & your wonderful work. :)
