I was not satisfied at all. They charged me $22. They only did a random service inside the car and sprayed the outside with water, but they didn't touch any part of my car with a cloth. They didn't even take five minutes to wash my car, and the price they charged was exorbitant. When I told them my car wasn't cleaned properly, they wanted an additional $22. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also, the employees are very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. I paid $24.60 (including tax) for their so-called “premier” service (just one step below the top option), and when I asked if cup holders would be wiped, they told me no—that’s only for the most expensive package. When I asked for a refund and said I wouldn’t be back, the staff insulted me, calling me stingy, and several employees surrounded my car, pressuring me to leave in the direction they wanted. I felt unsafe and intimidated. On top of that, in previous visits they used a cheap product on my dashboard that left streaks and a strong chemical smell. I had to re-clean it myself to fix the streaks and get rid of the product residue. For the price, the wash quality is awful, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and the whole place feels like a they’re doing you a favor to clean your car or to even interact with you in a positive manner. Save yourself the trouble and go half a mile down Federal Highway near Glades Road where other two car washes actually provide great service and treat customers with respect.

very bad 👎 cvality and crazy pricing. I payed $22 for exterior only washing with bugs cleaning. I received back a wet car with absolutely dirty windowsI asked them to wipe it down and they said it would cost extra.

Julio, who says he's the manager, is completely unprofessional, rude and aggressive. I took my car for an exterior cleaning. I always wait outside until my car enters the wash area. This time Julio came out to me and started screaming that I must go inside. I said I would once my car entered. There is no sign anywhere saying you must go inside. He came over, said he would refund my money and wouldn't wash my car! However, since my car was next in line, the water and dirt from the car in front of mine was already all over my car. I went inside since I wanted my car washed. Then the next car through was not my car. Julio actually took my car out of the wash area and pulled it up front without washing it, but it was now completely wet and filthy. Julio is a disgrace and shouldn't be working in any business that requires interaction with paying customers....he's unprofessional, angry with a temper and very aggressive.

In my opinion, the best car wash in Boca! I take my cars & my client's cars. Pretty thorough inside and out. Pricing is very reasonable!

The whole thing was beyond belief. It started in the waiting room. All the chairs were ripped. We joked that it was a bad sign.
It was. They had upsold me for interior cleaning and nothing was done. The guy in the finishing area actually got ANGRY when I told him this. He said it wasn't his job and pointed his finger at the people in the start area. There was also an area around the gas tank that needed cleaning. He got ANGRY again.
It was bizzare. I told him his behavior was unacceptable. I went over to find the manager. I was told that there was no one around. I asked when someone would be around. I got a shrug.
So, avoid this place. Bad service, worse attitude.

Awful car wash, my car was half washed (took basic wash). Driver’s side was not washed. The door was open when walked into the car. Once arrived home 1 1/2 mile away I’ve noticed that driver’s side was not washed/cleaned. Next day I went back, the staff was extremely nasty telling me that I am lying and told me to go someplace else. I NEVER was treated like that in my life.

I come to Boca once a month. My car is parked in a garage and needs a car wash. The last two car washes my car has been just as dirty as today. Today they wanted $3 more because the car was “ to dirty “. I send it thru one time for an exterior wash with no wipe down. What extra work was going to be done as compared to the last two times or any exterior wash. The difference today was there was a line. I’m done coming here. They always have a nasty attitude anyway Plenty of gas station car washes

Disastrous Car Wash Experience
I recently had the worst car wash experience of my life. Despite paying for the most expensive package, my car was left dirty and neglected.
To add insult to injury, I was charged extra for exterior spot cleaning, a service that was clearly not provided. As you can see from the attached photos, the car was still covered in leaves and dirt.
When I spoke to the supervisor, I was met with a dismissive attitude. They claimed that if the automatic machine couldn't clean the car, they wouldn't do it manually. This is unacceptable customer service.
I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. I urge others to avoid this car wash at all costs.
