Was excited I found the flat iron I wanted, but couldn’t purchase unless I’m student or licensed cosmetologist. It’s unfortunate, the lady was nice at the register though. Wish there was a sign before looking around saying I can’t shop there unless licensed.

This store lacks products that cater to skin of color that sends a big message from my viewpoint won't be coming here I needed a head wrap for my dreadlocks none in sight . ?

Popped in yesterday afternoon and had the best experience. Barrie helped us with everything and was such a positive, vibrant personality! Store was laid out well and had everything I was looking for -- so much better than our store at home! Whenever I'm at "home south" I'll be visiting!

1 star because I can’t give 0. Customer service is ridiculous. Shop closes at 6pm and the front desk girl refused to let me in the door at 5:53pm. I rushed out of my salon to get there before 6 and was denied service with 7 minutes before 6pm. I did not expect such terrible treatment after being a loyal customer for almost a decade. Very interesting.

Horrible place to go to for any cosmetic needs. Customer service here needs to be addressed asap. I was at a fellow store in that plaza and wanted to check out cosmoprof and in which i had no idea that you needed a license. Got the supplies i needed and waited for this guy not only to take his time in the back without being greeted but to when i checked out he snatched all my supplies away because i had no license completely unprofressional and rude about it

The staff at the east Boca location are always so helpful. I really enjoy visiting the store. It’s always so clean and easy to find anything that I need. I really love the manager that they have there now!!!

One of the best resources for cosmotologist to get what they need in one location. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Not only will they go out of there way to fine the products you need and price satisfaction.

First time here with my sister and the representative that assisted my sister seemed very judgmental. She barely helped my sister find the items she needed and then when it came time to check out she didn't allow my sister to buy the items because my sister wasn't a cosmetologist or studying to become one. I'm sorry but please explain to me where are the signs in your store that state that someone has to have a cosmetologist license in order to purchase items from your store. Please explain to me why you also didn't state this information to us while we asked for your assistance. I personally feel this customer service rep was casting judgement because of how we either looked or dressed. Will never shop here again.

I placed an order for products and chose the same day delivery option at 8am on tues March 31st and products never showed up. I called Wednesday April 1st they said they hd the order and would be sending it out and I would have it today. annoyed I agreed due to the fact that I needed the products. Then get a call at 315 pm that they basically canceled my order mind you they close at 4 so no way I can make it to another store to get what I needed. I am then told that I have to call in and ask for a refund instead of one being applied automatically since they canceled my order. Called the customer service number the employee gave me and they are closed. So I'm just out of luck.
