I live in the neighborhood RIGHT NEXT TO IT. It would be my preferred place to shop if it wasn't for the fact that they NEVER fail to disappoint. ??♀️ they either never have the Matrix line in stock.. not to mention how annoying it is to confirm your address EVERY single time they see your face. Also.. the difference in price compared to Salon Centric are usually by a whole dollar or more.. NEVER again. Every time I come here I get reminded why I shouldn't

I called CosmoProf and talked to Daniela and asked her if they had two different products there and they only had one. She took the time to call me back and say I actually have both of them and she saved me a long distance to another store. It's just nice to see great customer service that she went out of her way to call me back and let me know that they had both. Not many people would have taken the time. Thank you!

DONT DO SAME DAY DELIVERY. I did three days ago, still haven’t received my products, got an email last night that it was cancelled (no explanation why) and they haven’t refunded me the money.

This place doesn't honor their sale ads . I had to come back twice. The man said the ad is not valid. I had an argument with him for 25 minutes and he still said the ad is not right and his system doesn't honor it . That is b******* . You should honor prices that you put in the ads.
