If you need to get your tires rotated, it's never less than 2 hrs! Regardless of what they tell you. They also get peoples car ready whenever they feel like it. NOT BY THE APPOINTMENT TIME! This is for the Congress Ave location in Boca. I wish they would be accurate with the time they give you.

I tried to make a purchase on line today for electronics laptop. I completed the online purchase received a confirmation number pre-authorization for the funds took place successfully 45 minutes later I revived a cancellation order email . I called Costco to find out why . Here is the explanation if you are a 1st time order on line and have never placed and order before you are subject to your order becoming fraud suspect and if your order for electronics or a high dollar amount

Good service and same day appointments available but took 2 hours to do a plug/patch for my tire. The process takes less than 30 minutes elsewhere. Is the delay just so that I can go shop and splurge? It worked… $17 for the nail plug and $300 for the Costco visit. Really do wish this was faster.

I go to Costco weekly. Pompano location has the freshest selection in my opinion. I do go to the Boca Location when in that area from time to time.

I came here to fill up gas and the price is reasonable. It was rather busy but not too crazy on Monday at noon. Just be prepared to wait in line for 5-10 mins before you reach the pump. I wasn't here to shop so I can't comment on their products selections. But I would come back to fill up gas if I'm in the area again.

After many years of buying tires at Costco, their incentives do not work for me. They do not align the new tires you purchase. Turns out they can not align tires. The warranty is invalid. I own that. However, when I took the car in to fix another 2018 tire I purchased there, they did not check the new tires I bought there in May 2022. So 11,000 miles later, I needed to buy the 2 tires I bought in 2022. One tire was 2022, and the other was a 2021. My schedule does not allow me to go any day except Sat, so I am going to an establishment that will sell me 4 tires and align them when I need it. I do not buy low-end tires. Where do you suggest I go moving forward? I need a one-stop shopping place that sends reminders!

Greek Products. GOOD. Once outside the major metropolitan areas of the USA which aren't culturally diverse there is difficulty in purchasing certain ethnic products. Fortunately for the GREEK community in most of the USA there is COSTCO providing traditional staples of the Motherland. Available for purchase are Greek Feta, Greek Yogurt, Spanakopita, Kalamata Olives and Olive Oil. Also available yearlong and which I purchased for GREEK EASTER are Greek Style Lamb Shanks, Lamb Racks and Boneless Lamb Leg. The warehouse club COSTCO also sells the MEDITERRANEAN delicacy Cooked Octopus. Also around the Christmas Holiday Season COSTCO sells DAVID'S COOKIES Pecan Meltaways which are an excellent substitute for the Greek Cookie Kourambiedes. At one time COSTCO offered the Greek-American journalist Maria Menounos product line of GREEK foods called MARIA'S MEDITERRANEAN DELIGHTS in their frozen food aisle. Don't believe her company even exists anymore. Overall it's great that COSTCO provides GREEK foodstuffs for sale to the consumer. RECOMMEND.

I have been a Costco member for over 20 years. When I joined, I would goto the Boca Raton, FL warehouse. Then I moved to southern Ca. for 15+years and would go in to the Palm Desert, Ca warehouse. Now, I'm back in Boca Raton. While there is a fair amount of similarities, what strikes me is the difference between the two warehouses. The Ca. warehouse always had new and different items. There was an excitement to it. For example, being a whiskey drinker. They would have different brands rotating in of Scotch, Bourbon, Tequila, Japanese whiskeys. The same for food items. While they carried Kirkland branded items, they also had name brand items as well. In contrast, the Boca Raton warehouse seems to have the same 'tired" merchandise. They also seem to be phasing out brands other that Kirkland. I now drive a Tesla so gas purchases are no longer needed. I am seriously considering ending my membership.

Very good service, as always... Will take longer than the suggested 90 minutes... But can count on Costco for value and quality... Recommend.

The customer service rep with the green hair at the cash registers seems like a very unhappy person with a bad attitude...might be happier in the dairy section!! however, the guy in the liquor store with a fedora hat was super nice!
