We worked with Christian Frisbie, and he was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect table for us. He went above and beyond, and we were so impressed we went back the same day to purchase another item. Christian was fantastic — highly recommend!
I received my delivery yesterday. Eric and Willie definitely went over and above to make sure I was happy with my delivery and the service. I certainly give Creighton barrel five stars on the way they handled my order and will definitely work with them again for my next delivery, I hope Eric and Williedeliver again.

Extremely Disappointed — Poor Communication, Credit Card Issues, and Refund Nightmare
I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Crate and Barrel.
When purchasing a sectional, the associate encouraged me to sign up for the Crate & Barrel credit card. I agreed, thinking it would make the process easier. Unfortunately, it turned into a major headache. I had to cancel the order after learning that two of the pieces were “custom” — something the associate never mentioned. There was no disclosure, no waiver, and no explanation that the order would be considered a final sale.
Canceling the order was a nightmare. I had to go back and forth between Customer Service and the store for weeks. Eventually, the Store Manager confirmed that the associate made a mistake by collecting payment over the phone and failing to have us sign the required paperwork.
But the bigger issue came after cancellation — my refund never showed up on the Crate & Barrel credit card, even after several weeks. Every time I reached out, I was told it was a “glitch” due to Crate & Barrel switching their credit card provider from Synchrony Bank to Imprint during a promotion. Despite multiple follow-ups with the Store Manager and Customer Service, the issue still isn’t resolved.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. For a company of this size, the lack of accountability, communication, and coordination is unacceptable. I hope Crate & Barrel improves its processes so no other customer has to go through what I did.

3 because as I love the store I find it disappointing that while you walk inside the store and all over the store you have to deal with the employees stalking you...I went there and as costumes the associate greeted me but then followed me all over the store. I need it a few items but couldn't even decided because it was confusing having someone following at all times...

Worst delivery experience. Same team has been out two times in a row. First time they didn't install the table with all the parts so I called to have them ship the missing parts. Warehouse can't do that so they have to resend an order out and reassemble the whole table and remove the original assembled table. I thought that was waste of everyone's time when I knew exactly what was missing, some bolts and wood cover pieces to cover up the bolts. They guys didn't follow the instructions to complete the final steps.
I had another big shipment come today. Around 8K in furniture for our new home. We ordered it back in April. Waited all day with my kids for their new bed frames and bedroom furniture. We just moved cross country and they only have their mattresses. Delivery truck arrived around 2:30pm. It was raining but stopped shortly after they arrived. The dispatch said the team would wait to see if it would clear. When it started clearing up they just left. Then I realized it was the same team from last time. One of them was nice but the other guy, the driver had an attitude about him. I even tipped them $40 per person last time they delivered even though it was a simple installation. When I called them and asked why they didn't deliver the nice guy told me it was the driver who made the decision, but if it was up to him he would have delivered it. Normally I focus on being kind and patient because I run a customer service based business and I understand both sides. However, this was tough because it was willful and needless customer antagonism.
Ultimately it's lazy and unprofessional behavior. Just beware of the delivery process and hope you get a professional crew. That's the part that can really frustrate the whole excitement in purchasing from CB. You pay a lot of money to play cat and mouse with your furniture. Waiting all day, multiple days for them to arrive only to reschedule another day of wasting your time to receive the delivery. I just wish they would drop it off and just let me unpack it and put it together. At least I know it will get the attention to detail it requires.
It will make think next time I really want something from CB whether or not the juice is worth the squeeze. Maybe look at alternative options with other brands.

Without all the details, furniture manager at the Boca store was amazing, had an issue, stepped up and made it right and made a customer for life with us. Great value, amazing product and incredible customer service and experience.

The service in this particular Crate & Barrel was above and beyond. When visiting the store to check out a sleeper sofa we were interested in, Marion offered us guidance and we ended up purchasing that same day. The delivery process was seamless and will and Luke were prompt and assembled the sofa with care.

I bought a cutting board for $140, but after a week, I wanted to returned because it was defective. The store manager refused to accept the faulty product. Terrible customer service. Save your money and just go to Home Goods instead.

On Saturday my wife and I went to C&B in Town Center Mall, Boca Raton. We had purchased over $10,000 of merchandise with our Designer in the summer. We have over $500 of credit to use based on the previous summer purchases. The manager named Kevin refused to accept our credit for a purchase of some $200. He said we needed to be registered with our designer to get the credit. Our designer called C&B today and she was told she would have to print up her business card with our names on it to receive the credit! Kevin, the manager also insisted we call our designer so he could get her verbal Authorization. She was not reachable at the time of our attempted purchase. We showed Kevin the text from our designer with the Authorization code for using the credit but he refused to even look at it. In the past no other C&B employee refused to honor the Authorization code from the text on my wife's phone from our designer!
BOTTOM LINE:
1. KEVIN SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER
2. KEVIN NEED INSTRUCTION IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS
3. C&B SHOULD IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER RELATIONS
4. C&B NEEDS TO CLARIFY THEIR DESIGNER PURCHASE CREDIT POLICY TO THEIR EMPLOYEES.
After our credit is used up we will no longer shop at C&B!

Do not shop at Crate and Barrel in Costa Rica - they claim items are in stock then cancel, they do not contact you to confirm you are home for delivery then try to charge you $150/month for storage. They do not allow you to return items for refund when they are unable to deliver - they keep your money and the items on top of charging for storage. Zero customer service.
