Mark at CubeSmart is the king of customer service. Fast, friendly, helpful. If for some reason he has the day off have no fear - Units are also super clean. A/C works better than my office building… Highly recommend checking this place out for your storage needs.

Daniel was very helpful when I arrived at the storage facility to start using my unit. He walked me through the entire process of how to access my unit and showed me where it was located, how to use the lock, and which elevators were closest to my unit. He answered all my questions and provided very detailed and useful information. Thank you, Daniel!
I have had my storage unit now for a few months, and Mark has been super helpful! I met him when he was walking around one morning checking on the units. He asked me how my experience was going, and answered some questions I had. Thank you, Mark!

We had a great experience with Cube Smart in Boca and would highly recommend using them. I have a daughter attending college locally. We are from out of state. Cube Smart was extremely helpful in accepting packages and dorm room items for us and placing in our storage unit. Any questions we had they were more than happy to answer and explain. When a package was misplaced, they were quick to help locate it and kept us informed.

We recently used the CubeSmart Self Storage in Boca Raton during our daughter's move to FAU, and we couldn't be more impressed!
