Strictly a review for Covid vax and flu shot at the Beracasa Way store.Arrived on time. Waited for 15 minutes in a less than desirable corner section of the store. One chair for 3 people so we rotated sitting down while shots were administered. Very strange.

Most employees there, except for the dark-haired pharmacist, are (very) unfriendly, in particular when you come for a consultation. But even yesterday and today, when I came with a $500 prescription, I was treated like a petitioner, had to come three times to eventually get what I needed. So I won't go there anymore although this pharmacy is closest to my residence.

This place is a nightmare to deal with. They never answer the phone (some prescriptions must be called in and I cannot use the automated system), they never manage to apply my manufacturers discount code correctly and the workers at the drive thru are often surly and unhelpful. I really need to get my prescriptions transferred over to Publix ASAP. I hate coming here.

Save yourself the headache and do not ever get a prescription filled here. Everyone is beyond rude and does not give a flying care in the world about you. If i could I would never come to this CVS ever in my life

So deeply upset. COVID test scheduled for today (took 2 days to get an appointment). Got there at the scheduled time. After waiting for 30 minutes, was informed that their computer system was down. Clerk was rude. Said we can wait (don't know how long) or comeback later. Our choice. How do I find out if your are up and giving tests? \\\"Well, you can TRY to call\\\". 2 hours later, on hold for over 20 minutes. Gave up, went to a urgent care. No appointment, no wait, nice experience. I hope that someone at CVS reads this as you have permanently lost me as a customer.

The Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00am on weekdays. The pharmacist showed-up to work 20-minutes late. By the time the pharmacist showed up to work (on this Thursday morning) a long line had already formed at the drive through and the inside counter. Additionally the pharmacist was by himself without any assistance.

This is probably the worst CVS experience yet, they have almost no staff ever. For some reason the manager was checking people out at the self checkout line and after waiting 20 minutes, when I told him I needed help in photos, he said he'd be right there. Instead after he finished, he proceeded to go to the back. Another employee TRIED to help me with the photos, couldn't figure out why my cards hadn't printed, all while a line formed at the checkout.

My name is Lauren and I am a regular at the South Federal store where Lori is a manager.It is not only the best store I have ever shopped at but she runs it so well.The staff are like friends to me.The store is extremely well stocked and super clean.Shopping there is like being at an old fashioned store where everyone knows your name.Lauren

I would give this pharmacy at 520 Federal Hwy Boca a zero if I could. The pharmacy department never picks up phone calls and will keep you on hold purposely as they ignore the calls in excess of 29 minutes. This happens repeatedly. Even a simple question cannot be answered due to their neglect in answering customer calls. The male pharmacist and techs are unfriendly and never are available to fill prescriptions the same day. I'm always told to pick up the following day. The female pharmacist there is friendly and helpful though. Don't bother getting your prescriptions filled here. We Just switched to avoid the constant hassles.
