The store is always clean and associates are pleasant. However, as a patient who always received their prescriptions at CVS I have to say when you call to speak to someone their lack of consideration for customers who are looking for answers over the phone is disgusting. When you want to speak to someone in the pharmacy or in the front of the store it simply transfers you to a voicemail and request a phone number to call you back. This lazy form of customer service is all too common with big corporations and is unacceptable. I would understand if someone picked up and asked me to hold, this would be done gladly!!! Sending me straight to a voicemail is rude and of poor taste. CVS has been my preferred pharmacy for many years since choosing to stop selling tobacco products, but if this is how their patient's and customers are treated I have to say I am thoroughly disappointed.

Ordered photos on canvas, went to go pick them up and they had canceled my order without any notice. Update: I was directed by CVS corporate to go to the store on Clint Moore Road about 4 1/2 miles away, not bad, they had my 2 canvases ready and they looked great. Happy to give them five stars now.

This CVS SUCKS! I came to this CVS for a passport photo on this Monday morning. The one clerk on duty said the manager takes the passport photos and he's in the bathroom. After waiting nearly 20-minutes the manager is finished with his massive dump (couldn't he have done this before he showed-up to work?). After the manager came out of the bathroom, he went immediately outside. The one clerk on duty didn't say a word to the manager that I was waiting for a passport picture, so I took matters into my own hands and asked the manager for the photo. He informed me that the camera wasn't available and no passport pictures:(After waiting 20+ minutes not even an apology.Out of all the patrons & one employee, everyone had a mask on except the manager:(

If there was a lower rating below one star I would certainly give it to this pharmacy. The pharmacists are nothing short of plain rude and down right disrespectful. Each time that I've come to pick up medication for an injury they've been disgustingly rude. I'm already in massive pain just looking to take my medication and each time instead of taking this into account its almost like they go out of their way to make me feel like an inconvenience for making them do their job. One of them couldn't even be bothered to turn around and look at me. She claimed that "we just opened" and treated me like I was stupid for trying to seek pain relief first thing in the morning. Not bothering to turn around, look at me or even take my name she told me to try coming back in 20 minutes. This is medication that I need to take for my health and they cannot even be bothered to take my name down to see if it is ready?!? A different pharmacist at this location did the same thing but in the evening and when I came back to pick up the medication she had closed the pharmacy and told me to try again tomorrow. These aren't restaurant reservations or hotel reservations this is medication that I NEED to take and none of it is taken seriously here if anything they go out of their way to be rude when you most likely are there to seek relief for your current condition.
