I never felt more unwelcome then I did tonight. The young lady was rude, seemed angry and told me I could use the machine. That isn't true, I bought an item and the 2nd was free. The self-check-out doesn't recognize that. This young lady needs to be trained in customer service or find a different job. The scowl on her face was so mean looking. The young man at the counter was helping other customers with photos. If I had an option tonight t would have gone somewhere else. My business has to be appreciated, if it wasn't for customers coming in, she wouldn't be needed or have a job. I can only wonder if someone else would be happy to have her job and service customers with a smile.Update We went into CVS this morning and spoke to the manager. She was interested and concerned about what we had to say. She said it will be addressed tonight with the night manager. If something is broke and they aren't aware, they can't fix it. Many time people hesitate to say something or to post information that could be addressed and changed. I put in positive as well as negative Both helps.

CVS positions itself as a "healthcare" company but this location does not follow through on that mission as the "24/7" pharmacy NEVER answers the damn phone. Beyond frustrating and unhelpful.

The pharmacy is pretty bad. I don't think they can handle the amount of business they receive. I ordered a prescription to be mailed to me and they never sent it. Eventually went in to pick up and waited an hour and gave up. Came back the next day and still not filled.

Pharmacist Just put my daughters medicine in the basket and he walked away. No, do you need help with how to administer the drug being that I had to place it under her tongue . No, have a good night or thank you . Disappointed never have experienced this at a cvs before, I'm a new mom and just wanted guidance and had questions.

They never check their faxed prescriptions, days could go by and they never input new scripts unless you call them to wait on hold 45 minutes to talk to someone to look. Atrocious customer service, even for CVS standards.

you have to call each time to get your meds delivered you can't get connected to talk to the pharmacyno one wants to help 87 years old...... very rude

My sister is getting older and I thought about getting her a cane. I stopped at this CVS and they had a good selection of canes. Some were just regular tall canes and some of them were collapsable ones, which is great if you travel on a plane or want to keep it next to you at a restaurant.The prices were not great, but with the weekly discount coupon on the app, the price was really competitive. This is one of those items where it's nice to feel it, check it out and see how easy it is to use. The shopping experience where you touch and feel an item in this case is important, so I preferred that over buying something online.So, if you are needing a cane for a loved one, stop by any CVS to check out what they have in inventory. You might find something you like.

Although it is noted to use non-child-resistant caps in the file of my disabled mother, the staff carelessly uses child-resistant caps that she cannot open. Once again I picked up a prescription where this was ignored. She uses CVS because it is a preferred pharmacy for her insurance. I never use them because of their poor service. Also, they don't answer the phones much of the time.

I have a prescription that needed to. e transferred to Publix in Delray Market Place. the pharmacist called CBS 3 times and the minute the pharmacist identified himself, the CVS pharmacist hung up on him!! The pharmacist from Publix called me and said he had waited 30 min and even called again to speak to the store manager trying to help me. this behavior is beyond rude, unprofessional and unethical!!!

Completely unprofessional... lacking all care compassion and operating in highly unethical manner. Recommend these bitter individuals get a hobby and stop harassing clients.

I have chronic pain from 2 failed back surgeries and never had an issue filing up my prescriptions since last week when, the most rude pharmacist ever, denied my refill not once but twice even when my doctor’s office called and reiterated the necessity of my medications. When your supervisor treats people badly, the whole team will see that as normal and will replicate that treatment to other customers and that’s what I see in this pharmacy. Don’t even waste your time sending your prescriptions here, you will be poorly treated and with a little luck you will be out of there without any other issues.

They gave my prescription to somebody else and the lady at the drive through kept asking me "So who picked it up?" in an accusatory tone. She did so for like 100 times... it was RUDE. I kept giving her the same answer, with an increasing alarm. They finally gave me a brand new prescription without an apology. However because she was being very casual about it, the alarm in my head continued to go off, and I decided to call the store manager. A supervisor picked up, and when he learned about my missing prescription that was marked as picked up, his alarm went off too. I hope they get to the bottom of this soon... or there may be a Fox in the hen house.

I love this pharmacy and now with their apps for pharmacy and the photo both it’s great and faster they need to put more self check out it’s very easy instead to be waiting for people that they don’t even know how to make a payment

It would be great if the pharmacy ever answered their phone and got their refill computer to actually refill prescriptions on time..on hold for 25 minutes right now
