I went to get my vaccines and was met with a very rude nurse. When I asked about the vaccines I wasn't given any information on how it would affect my health. She just threw the paperwork aggressively on the counter. in addition every time I asked a question she replied with “how would I know” or “ I don’t know”. very unprofessional and scary to think a nurse doesn’t know much about her job. If cvs wants to look into the employee. The time of my appointment was 6:10pm confirmation

This pharmacy sends you texts everyday reminding you to pickup. Lately when you go to pickup to Glades Road location the majority of time its close. It is not working by the hours they promote. I've been 3 times in the same week trying to pickup my medicine unsuccesfully.

I never leave reviews for drugstores but this is the most poorly managed, trashy store I’ve ever been to. Had an issue at checkout (I scanned at item and it made a noise, but it didn’t show up on the screen) and instead of approaching me or talking to me, the greeter (who was maybe 4 feet behind me, on her cell phone) starts yelling at the top of her lungs. I honestly assumed it was someone making a scene in public and ignored the screaming at first, because I thought there was no way an adult would scream at their job, but I was wrong lol. I explained that I didn’t notice and she just gave me a dirty look? Extremely rude and nasty for a ‘greeter’ who won’t get off her phone. I go to the Walgreens on Yamato now, they’re much cleaner and more polite.
